Parkplatzsuche untertags kann kompliziert werden (Hotel hatte keine freien Parkplätze mehr). Das Buffet war das Highlight. Zimmer leider auf dem 4.Stock ohne Aussicht.

It was extremely noisy. The bar next to the hotel (in the same building) had VERY LOUD music EVERY NIGHT during our stay. I complained to the front desk staff and did not get any help. The music did not stop until after the mid night (2am to be exact). The shower are in the hotel room is practically unuseable, although we had a Business Class Room.

Pros: breakfast was incredible, hotel restaurant was very good, bed was ok
Cons: Our room overlooked the courtyard outside, it was extremely loud at night time when people would gather after bar/restaurant closed for the evening. Parking was $20 for an indoor spot at the hotel.

Upea aamupala, loistava sijainti. Huoneemme oli vaihdettu huoneistoon. Se oli mahtava.Ravintola oli aivan täynnä risteilymatkustajia joten se jäi kokeilematta.

Uendelig rot med parkeringsplasse i kjelleren, fikk tildelt plass som var opptattt. Stod over en halv time i kjelleren og ventet.

Hotellet har beste beliggenhet i Svolvær. Resepsjon var særdeles imøtekommende, og ga oss beste service.
Restauranten er unik, terningkast 6.
Frokosten er enestående i Norsk målestokk. Hotellet er blant de beste i Norge. Jeg kommer tilbake til området, og til Thon Hotel Lofoten.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in the centre of Svolvær, a great base to explore Lofoten. The hotel was very busy with lots of coach parties but it was quiet and comfortable. Take a room with a view over the square and harbour with a great view of the mountains.
