Comfortable and elegant hotel close to the centre.
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, nice Spa and very good breakfast. We had a really pleasant stay.

An sich war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen hervorragend und insgesamt machte das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Was uns jedoch extrem enttäuscht hat und weshalb wir leider nur einen Stern vergeben, ist folgender Vorfall: Wir haben meinen Badeanzug sowie die Badehose meines Mannes im Badezimmer an der Tür hängen lassen. Bereits am nächsten Tag haben wir direkt nachgefragt, doch die Sachen waren plötzlich verschwunden und bis heute nicht wieder aufgetaucht.

Da wir zu 100 % sicher sind, dass wir die Kleidung dort vergessen haben, ärgert uns das sehr. Gerade bei einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, für das man wirklich viel Geld bezahlt, erwarten wir einen sorgfältigeren Umgang mit den Sachen der Gäste. Dass persönliche Gegenstände einfach verschwinden, finden wir absolut enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel.
