Отличное место для шоппинга.
Pros:

Чисто, вкусный завтрак близко до торгового центра и аэропорта.

Cons:

Вид из окон как в фильмах про апокалипсис. До центра погулять 30 мин пешком. Далековато.

Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta
Pros:

Odličan SPA centa, sa bazenom, đakuzijem i dve saune, doručak odličan i čak vas poslužuju konobari. Osoblje je jako ljubazno, i samo su nam naplatili 500 dinara dve čaše i otvarač za vino.

Cons:

Saune i fitnes centar u SPA centru su odvojeni na muške i ženske. Veliki minus je bio što ne smete u hotelskim papučama na doručak. Moja supruga je morala u visokim štiklama da doručkuje.

The value of my time and phone calls, spend to get a simple invoice was higher than the room price.
Pros:

Breakfast, dinner and overall experience was very positive.

Cons:

The nice experience was destroyed by the hotel staff refusing to issue a business invoice for my stay. They insisted to request it from booking.com, even though the policy for all over the world is the property to issue invoice. Had to spend 40 minutes on 3 phone calls with UK help desk, wrote about 6 e-mails to Hyatt and booking.com and after 3 days finally I received the invoice from the property. Unacceptable for a 5 star business hotel.

Hotel je na dobrom mestu i svi zaposleni s kojima smo imali kontakt su bili uslužni i ljubazni. Takođe smo naišli na jednu simpatičnu gospođu koja sprema soba, koja je takođe bila izuzetno ljubazna i susretljiva. Kontakt sa zaposlenima je ostavio najjači utisak na nas.

Cons:

Doručak je loš. Nema kuvanih jaja, tj. ima samo kuvana jaja na azijski način. Izbor namirnica ograničen, musli i dodataka za musli million. Pita sa sirom očajna, suva, tvrda, stara i sira u tragovima. Naručili smo domaću kafu i čekali čitavih 10 minuta da je donesu, a kad su doneli šoljice su bile prljave jer su istu tu kafu prosuli. U sobi je bilo vruće. U spa centru ljudi dolaze sa telefonima, prave selfije u džakuziju, starci navlače kupaći pred decom, itd. Zaposleni su odmah reagovali čim smo se požalili na određene osobe.

Osoblje je jako ljubazno, smještaj je uredan, čist, doručak običan. Uređenje hotela je prekrasno kao i sadržaji spa koji su bili uključeni u cijeni. Omogućili su nam parking i nakon odjave jer nam je bilo potrebno još dva sata. Definitivno se vraćamo 🤗
