Very disappointing. Will never return

Close to the highway

Cons:

They provided us with the worst room in the entire hotel. The room smelled like pee. The bathroom back door handle was broken. The air conditioner on the floor was not working. The ice machine not working. The room smelled musty and old and not clean. Just wondering why the hotel front desk decided that me and my kids deserved to be placed in the worst room in the entire hotel. Especially for the amount of money paid. Even the hotel manager admitted the room is the worst.

Le lit d’appoint était vraiment mauvais on a dû mettre le matelas au sol ,la douche était abîmé à certain endroit,et la chambre était humide et sentait pas très bon

Lower bar of these kind of hotels

Mainly consistent

Cons:

The staff who checked us in (Lauren) was not nice. The hot tub was not clean. I had a couple of red spots on my leg and face after sleeping (not bedbugs)
