Great hotel, amazing staff and location!!!!
Pros:

My wife Valerie and I ,along with my sister in law had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in the lovely town of Positano! From the room my sister in law was staying in we could see the former house that my grandmother was born in. Today, the home is owned by my first cousin Rafaela.
First ,the staff is second to none, Margherita and Leila ( I hope I am spelling her name right) as she looks like my cousin Denise, so I believe we could be related!!!
Besides the staff being helpful and accommodating , (as an example, they were able to arrange the car services we needed and helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations).The hotel is centrally located, the hotel breakfast is wonderful and the hotel restaurant where we had dinner was exceptional.
The hotel is well kept, rooms are up to date and clean.
Valerie and I will be coming back next year , just trying to decide on dates. In the meantime , we wish the staff of the hotel the very best and we wish them good health and happiness in the future.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and bar a couple of times and it was very good. Marco in the bar was wonderful.

This hotel and the staff were some of the best I have ever encountered in ALL of my years of traveling the world. They were accommodating, helpful with everything from dinner recommendations, to mailing items back home. The waitress at the restaurant remembered me as I got coffee to go every day. She even remembered my room number! I would definitely go back and definitely recommend this hotel! Views from our balcony were great too!

Perfect Positano Stay
Pros:

Hotel Savoia is in the perfect location in Positano. Just a few minutes walk down to the beach and port, or a few minutes up for the gorgeous views of Positano town.

Upon check in we were greeted with friendly smiles and genuine hospitality. We had arrived early in the morning but they were able to hold our luggage and let us use the lobby bathrooms to freshen up and head out to the beach while we waited for our rooms to be ready. They also are super helpful in how to catch the ferries to other towns and calling in reservations etc.

The rooms were gorgeous and extremely clean. Unless you say otherwise housekeeping comes twice a day.

I also highly recommend visiting their bar and restaurant. Our favorite meal during our trip was at D’Aiello.

Very nice staff. Clean. Nicely decorated. Perfect location breakfast was super nice and a large selection. I did have to ask staff for a beach bag after sitting in the lobby hearing them offering other guests a free bag.

Everything was comfortable, clean, convenient and most importantly staff is pleasant and accommodating.
They actually remembered our names and room number since day one. Whenever I had to stop by the front desk for any reservations they did it without asking our name or room number they remembered us

Too noisy
Pros:

Would’ve given this a five star except for the noise level we did not sleep very well for three nights because it is on a busy road and we could hear everything as well from the upstairs… However, the service was excellent and the hotel very clean and the location was great
