The location and the staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. The rooms are too dark/red. The bed’s corners are painful. The light switches are not easy to use. The shower without a door.

The suite was exceptional. Beautifully designed.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre, to be honest. Even the extras (like Eggs Benedict) which were not included (strange; they usually are) were not very good.

Cons:

Poor attitude of Female receptionist unhelpful when I asked about use of the Spa very dismissive. The gentleman who met us when we arrived lovely gentleman she tarnished the experience

Die 2 Damen an der Rezeption: für ein 5Stern Hotel war die magere Freundlichkeit nicht angebracht. Es wurden keine Getränke angeboten, die Begrüßung war nicht herzlich und unpassende Belehrungen.
