A wonderful holiday spent in a superb hotel with fabulous services and a highly professional staff!
Pros:

The breakfast menu is fabulously good. All the products are of exceptional quality, and the menu covers all categories of items, from baked goods, types of meat, varieties of cheeses and dairy, natural juices, a wide variety of fruits, etc. Moreover, you can order customized omelettes, and they were excellently cooked. The location is delightful, and the view from the restaurant was excellent. As for dinner, rarely have I eaten so well at a ski resort. Every evening I dined there and each night the food pleasantly surprised me. Impressive quality!! And again, the service was impeccable. I was also very pleased that one evening they had an artistic program. And the most important think ever: thepeople who work here radiate a high level of hospitality and kindness — I was welcomed warmly at every turn. The reception team was fantastic, assisting me with professionalism and discretion, and made my stay genuinely easier. And the spa... simply amazing — a place of soothing beauty, perfect for reconnecting with yourself. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful moments and sincere care. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Cons:

I liked everything about this hotel... absolutely everything. The only thing I didn't like was my own doing: that I stayed for far too short a time — only 5 days. Such a lovely place. I will be back at this hotel soon!

Essen hervorragend, hatten Halbpension. Wellnessbereich und Aussenpool Top !
Skifahren am Gletscher einfach traumhaft .

Cons:

Doppelzimmer Elsa war in Ordnung, nur Bad dürfte ein bisschen größer sein.
Leider kein Boxspringbett .

Pros:

Easy to walk around and find what you’re looking for.

Cons:

The outside swimming pool was ……. for swimming, not a hot pool to relax (what I expected). The temperature of the water was 26-28 degrees and far from the sauna to use it for chilling out after that.
