The hotel does not correspond to the 5* category. Unclean, dirt in the bathroom, mess in the restaurant. Nice beach, okay food. The hotel has few staff. The first cleaning of our room was done after three days of notification. Overall dissatisfaction.
Not a 5* Hotel for sure, from very 80s style dated room, with very basic old furniture to lack of other facilities to a rude reception staff ! Not the best you can get on Greek islands. Also hotel each time you go to buy something charges you whatever staff pleases. If you tip them, they charge you next time less - if you don’t - you pay full!
Was very dated, staff was fabulous and beach was great and views amazing from my win up graded sea view that I paid for🤔. But location and bar on beach was just brilliant we loved it.
Breakfast was great and couldn’t fault it and evening meal was great though hoped for full Greek menu and was few none Greek foods that wasn’t what I expected.
We thought holiday was amazing overall but feedback needed mentioning. For short break I’d definitely return to location as taxi easy to sort via hotel which I couldn’t honestly fault
Set in a peaceful location with easy access to the beach, the location is perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were attentive and friendly and made you feel that you were a special guest. The rooms were well maintained and housekeeping staff made sure that each day's clear up was to the same high standards.
The hotel is located directly above the beach. The sandy beach is a dream.
In the Spa Lia and Romina are doing a great job. The massage is wonderful.
The rooms and the hotel in general need a complete renovation. It is good that the hotel will close soon for rebuilding.
The service in the restaurant Petra is great. Thanks a lot to the entire team. Breakfeast is good but dinner is not good at all.
The dinner and the athmosphere in the restaurant Tortuga is amazing.
The team at the reception is very helpful. They fulfill every wish imidiately. Thanks also to the housekeeping.
The pool area is very nice. The programme at the pool bar in the evening is entertaining.
We hope to come back after renovation to enjoy this nice place than hopefully in an even better shape.
A very positive experience. We actually booked 3 extra nights. We decided to end our Greek vacation in their good hands.
Exellent staff. Well maintained property.
Close to the airpo, old town Corfu and the harbour.
We chose all inclusive at this lovely hotel but the package was very limited compared to other AI packages we’ve experienced.
We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival which was great. The room was comfortable with a separate seating area and a large balcony with views over the beach. The bathroom needs a bit of attention however. Shower over the bath worked fine but there was no plug for the bath!
The room was not serviced particularly well though.
The food in the main restaurant was very good and for most of our 10 days we ate well, but the choices at times were limited for our taste.
The outdoor eating area outside the restaurant was lovely and beer, soft drinks and wine was all on tap for those on AI. The wine was quite drinkable.
Our main issue was with the very limited eating venues for all inclusive guests, basically there wasn’t any! All meals had to be taken in the main restaurant. If we had wanted to eat lunch at the beach bar or pool bar we had to pay full price!
This just seems very wrong.
The beach is lovely but the sun beds and parasols do need upgrading. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on it.
The reception staff were generally very helpful but they didn’t seem to understand our point about the lack of venue choice for lunch for AI guests and that they could at least offer a supplement for food at these restaurants.
Excellent, professional friendly staff. Wonderful well keep grounds and buildings.
Beautiful ocean ftont property surrounded by cliffs. Huge pool area with plenty of seating.
The food served ar the buffet was well prepared and delicious. Plenty of choices.
Corfu is less then 30 minutes away. You can easily get to the old town site seeing or harbor for excursions.
We liked Pelekas Monastery so much we decided to end our 6 week holiday in their good hands and booked 3 extra nights.
Overall we had a great time. Staff was nice and friendly accommodating. A nice variety of food options and eating times. Definitely suggest all inclusive verses half board. There is only one main restaurant that's included, which served good food, that being said, there is no TV channels other than local Greek. The facilities is a little older but price wise was perfect. The staff makes up for the deficiencies. Out door dining has beautiful views but the flies, bees were a problem. If you eat outside at sunset you will experience mosquitos also, not to mention there are several cats that roam around outdoor dining area, which seemed to be the norm in Greece, again overall we had a great time. The views are especially breathtaking at sunset! We recommend throwing a few DVD's in your luggage in case of inclement weather, they did provide DVD players, which was not anything we expected, there was no way to stream on the TV. We would definitely return. 🌸
This is not a 5 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel. The food is average. Our room was spacious with a good sized balcony. The view from the balcony is superb. Out shower leaked onto the floor most days, the bath took ages to fully empty (from the shower). There is a constant damp smell around the accommodation. The towels were passed there sell by dates. The beach is superb. The sunbeds on the beach are a disgrace most have rips in them, they are old and uncomfortable. The pool area is excellent, the pool was spotless and the sunbeds are far more comfortable. The dining area looks new and is excellent. The majority of staff are excellent, especially the restaurant, beach bar, beach area and cleaning staff. Lots of cats everywhere but not an issue for us. It is very quiet and out of the way hotel so if you want to travel I suggest a car hire. Corfu time is certainly worth a visit. Overall a very good trip but let down by the hotel, I reiterate it is not 5 star.
Even with all inclusive they charge for sparkling water, drinks after midnight, food from the pool bar. The hotel is VERY old and tired, and dirty everywhere. Every single piece of equipment in the gym was broken and although the picture shows dumbbells they only have 2
It is hard to leave this property once you enter. But that is also why they cater to your every need. The food is excellent, the entertainment worthwhile, and the beach is right out the door. This resort IS the destination.
Our second time at hotel this summer. May and august. Was on half board. Food was great, wine relatively cheap (£5 a small bottle), waiters very helpful and friendly. Weather was ace, so was the beach. Only downside is city tax of £10 per room per night, a recent introduction by hotel
I was very disappointed with the cleanest of the rooms and bathroom. I paid all inclusive rate but it was limited to only one restaurant for breakfast lunch & dinner. And on second night i was told that i have to pay for my drinks after 10 pm. No entertainment. For the $ that I paid not worth it at all. Never going back there.
The three best things about this property are the staff, the restaurant & the rock free beach !
Really lovely site & position on the beach- only a few steps down from the pool level.
Sea & pool lovely temperature and depth just to walk in and feel safe. Spent a lot of time in the water was so lovely- even a sunset swim after dinner.
Always enough sun loungers available by pool & sea, never was without at any time of day.
Lovely snacks to buy by the pool.
On half board- glad we were- the drinks on offer were often just watery & flavourless. As we had to pay- we bought from the shop on site & Pelekas village supermarket. Far cheaper way to do things!
The breakfasts were lovely- fresh & plenty of choice. The dinners a bit mixed- nice salad/ pizza/ chips/ fruit but rubbish fish & veg offerings… made me ill on the last night.
Room was fine but SMALLER THAN EXPEDIA STATED! Paid more to have a king bed, double signed, and was supposed to be a second sofa bed… thought would have somewhere to sit, but no - was tight with the 2 doubles.
Shower falling off the wall , curtain hanging on, and marks on walls…so agree with other write ups- needs a bit of updating, but all ok.
Only provide 2 coffee pods a day- bit stingy for the price of the room.
Would come again but definitely only on a special deal- not worth the top price. But this is better location than other hotels- Glyfada beach next door is similar but much more age 20-30 party bars and busier, so not for us.
Definitely Pelekas is the best bay!
Fantastic property for a relaxing holiday. The staff are wonderful, special thanks to Patricia at kids club and the guest relation to executives. The property needs a refreshment, but the kindness of the staff makes up for it.
Fantastic views and very friendly staff
Food was very good. Location very beautiful. Staff very friendly. Great experience
Stuff super bad, figthing with clients everywhere!
Dirty place, no ac in rhe room for the 1st day, no internet throughout the whole stay,
