Pros:

Отель достойный для 3 звезд, все есть. Номер-студия большой, есть кухонный уголок с микроволновкой, чайником и посудой, санузел с душем довольно просторный. В номере и в отеле в целом чисто и аккуратно. Завтраки без излишеств, но голодным точно не уйдешь. Расположение отеля, на мой взгляд, хорошее, не прям центр-центр, но до всего легко и быстро добраться, до Невского можно при желании и пешком дойти.

Pros:

Приезжаю в этот отель постоянно. Очень большие, просторные номера. Тихо и спокойно, в отличии от больших отелей. Но, очень обветшал и необходим ремонт. И в номерах стало прохладно. Шведский стол очень скромный, но голодным не останешься.

Average facilities, poor service
Pros:

The room was clean but the facilities were old or broken and the beds weren’t comfortable.
The location is good
Breakfast was excellent.
The service was a disaster...:-(
We ordered taxi through the hotel when arrived to Saint Petersburg, but never showed up....
No one talked to us...
We had a broken toilet, asked to fix it in the morning...returned at evening...didn’t happen..
Asked for the manager, told he will be the next day, I left a message, but he didn’t respond till now...
Bottom line- big service problem...I won’t recommend this hotel to no one...

Very convenient place Vs price, 5 mins walking from nearest metro station infront of a bus station, near from a very good prices souveniers shop, very helpful and cheerful stuff, breakfast is not very rich neither contain different items so actually we didn’t use much, but there is the most wonderfull bakery and cafe in the world just 3 mins walk from the hotel, room is above average with a very clean bathroom, which is enough for 3 friends watching the workdcup ,,,,
Considered near from center and in same time not in the very jammed center.
Overall a very cheerful experience

Für einen kurztrip ist perfekt. Wir waren 8Tage, da hat man schon gemerkt, dass nicht immer alles gereinigt würde. Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gab, waren alle höflich und hilfsbereit. Auch im englischen waren die Mitarbeiter gut. Das Frühstück war klein, aber im großen und ganzen ok. Das was frisch gemacht war wie ei und blinis war sehr gut.

Pros:

Очень отличное расположение(рядом метро, отель расположен во дворе). В моём номере для меня были приятные сюрпризы: электрочайник и чайный набор (чай, сахар, посуда), набор разной посуды, микроволновка и холодильник. Отличный бесплатный интернет. Сотрудники отеля приветливы и на заданные вопросы дают сразу ответ. Мне очень понравилось моё проживание в данном отеле.

looked like a residential building from the front side and the way you enter it but i love everything else about this place. specious clean room with a fridge and tv . nice bathroom with hot water. post office and suoermarket a few min away. subway about 5-7min and the reception staff were friendly. sweet,cute...
oh and very good breakfast.
