The hotel was fine. I have a request to Expedia directly however. For all Chinese hotels, you should provide the Hotel name and hotel address in Chinese on the Hotels.com itinerary. If you show the taxi driver "Fairmont Beijing" with address (in English) at the airport, they have no idea what it is... Expedia needs to improve this. I said this to my hotel and she was also familiar with the problem. So I am saying it publically so maybe Expedia will change this for the convenience of customers.

We got upgraded to the junior executive suite by the nice man at the front desk. Our room was massive and had the perfect massage chair to take our tiredness away. We did not want to leave this hotel as it was that good! Will drfinitely come back again :) thank you for the awesome service

The hotel room is big but a little bit dated. Only thing we would like to have more lighting in the room that allowed the guests to adjust the brightness on their own. It’s so dark that I have already pass the comments to the hotel. They said they aware of it. The front desk staffs are nice and helpful.

No major problem overall but it is definitely an older property and will soon required renovation. While most of the essential items are working. It is really tired and dated. Staff are mostly friendly though some tend to look abit tense most of the time. Overall an ok stay. Thank you!
