Was a building site when we got there no prior warning if id booked to stay here for my full vacation id have been furious thankfully it was a 1 night pit stop staff were lovely though

The location to all attractions and the kindliness of the facility
There was some issues room door would not close properly. You had to shove it with your whole weight. It wasn’t adjusted right the refrigerator didn’t cool properly. And was disappointed that the hot tub was not working.
The breakfast was good, an the location was wonderfully Central located for Every thing I wanted to do

El hotel no tenía aire acondicionado en los pisos ni en el ascensor, no tenía lobby porque esta en plena remodelacion, había mucho escándalo por la construcción, adicional que te cobran 27$ diario de estacionamiento y en la página en ningún lado mencionan eso.
Pague por 2 noches para poder hacer checkin temprano y cuando llegue tenía mi reserva cancelada, la chica del front desk simplemente se desentendió y me dejo ahí que esperara por El manager.
Was unable to stay. Hotel was not in conditions to receive guests. Awful experience. Was told initially that all would be ok after 4 and it was worse than before. I have pictures. Do not charge me for a deceptive promotion.
I was unable to stay at the property and had to book elsewhere. This property was under construction and the facilities were unavailable (I have pictures). Reception was covered and the front was completely closed out. Was told that to go to the pool to go around the property to get to it. Had to leave.

Nice ambience
Had to pay $27 per day for parking. Breakfast NOT included, which I thought was mentioned on Booking .Com.
People were nice and their breakfast was really decent for what it was there was no bugs so that was a plus and it was clean and it smelled good
That we had to pay additional $40 for parking
Staff was very pleasant 😊 and it is very close to Disney
