Pros:

There was no water in the bathroom almost an hour.breakfast was inclused in the booking but was not given until. I go and. Ask. My husband went before me and.thry made him pay. Also the next day they dodnt give breakfast to my children bcz the children and us were not together thay will provide bf only when we go together. I made my friend to book the same hotel and thry cancelled her booking in the last moment without asking fhem.and they were at airport for hours didnt knw where to go

Location, easy access to food.

Cons:

The bar had water down drinks, waitress was hounding our family for tips for the complimentary breakfast! When she didnt do anything to earn a tip other than tell us where to sit. We got our own food and cleaned up after ourselves. The water pressure was low, The closet door was broken and no hook in the bathroom to hang towel.

Started out beautifully until we had to take cold showers and downhill from there!
Pros:

Convenience to Theme Parks, Shopping, Restaurants.

Cons:

No hot water in shower on 46 degree morning in Florida
Called at 9am on the 17th and were at the park all day and came back to still cold-water and no pressure in bathroom.
For nearly 2 hours tried to get maintenance to our room to no avail. They have told us for over an hour someone was in our room or on the way.
Care line Marie said move to another room. Care line Mario said there were no rooms available in Orlando. Front lobby said no room to move too we would have to stay in our room for the night. ( I have that in writing). We live in Plant City. The easy answer was for me to drive home. We have stayed at this typically convenient hotel on about 4 other occasions for our weekend getaways and this was an awful experience.
General or any Manager not available.
Sink hot and cold are reversed
Chair in corner closest to the entrance is broken
Blinds do not roll up
1 washcloth in room for 2 people had to pick them up at front desk.
Bedside light does not work on side closest to the bathroom.

It was either very loose or almost broken.
Shower nozzle was the same way.
Either very loose/about to fall off or it’s broken.

Leaving Hilton Honors going to Marriott Bonvoy
Pros:

No hot water in shower, arrived close to midnight with very early departure next morning at 6am, so stayed roughly 6 hours at this hotel and was charged almost $30 for parking , same as what Disney Parks charge!

Cons:

Pro-rated or free parking as this was not a parking garage it was the hotel parking lot!

Disappointed
Cons:

Selling your parking lot and charging to park in it when you pay for a room is ridiculous. The property has gone downhill since I stayed there in January of 2025. The hallways and the rooms stink. It’s not worth the cost and you get nickel and dimed for everything. I won’t stay here again.
