I ask for towels and they never bought me none at all and the ice maker did not work on a sixth floor or the fifth floor at all
The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We were going to Disney for a day and of course, Disney Springs as well. The location was perfect for this trip.
I wouldn't know where to start. The room had ZERO hot water. We were taking showers with room temperature water. In addition, the A/C unit in the living room was UNBEARABLY LOUD. The front cover was just leaning next to it so I'm assuming someone was previously working on it. This made sleeping a nightmare (no pun intended because there was no sleeping). We had to shut it off completely. The A/C unit in the bedroom was almost as loud. Finally the room we were in was right next to the elevator, so of course, we heard all the drunk people coming and going at night. Finally when we came in the front desk guy wanted to charge me $165.00 MORE than what I paid online. Thankfully I save every email. So, this was a great start in the worst room in the hotel.

The staff at the hotel, specifically Kristi (front desk), Roberta (restaurant), and another young gentleman (front desk) made my work weekend more pleasant and less stressful with their kindness and efficient service. Additionally, the facility and room were very clean and up to the standards of what you’d expect in a Hilton hotel. I’d recommend this specific hotel among the many others in the area simply for the staff alone.
The restaurant was nice. They had a decent menu. Made it very convenient. A nice smoking area outside on a patio. Room with a walk in shower was a plus.
Our bed seemed to be a little worn out. The bed had a dip on the side where people sit on the edge. It was a little uncomfortable for me.

The rooms were dirty. The showers had hair all in them. Towels weren’t clean the carpet was sticky. The a/c didn’t work. I had to pay for parking.

I have never dedicated some time to write a review about a hotel, but this time I guess it is necessary. I booked a room at booking trusting that I would have a place to stay. As soon as I arrived at the hotel after a 10 hour flight from Brazil, I was informed that the hotel was sold out and there was not a place to my accommodation. The email was sent during my flight, i could never read it. So, the hotel sold more rooms than its capacity and simply cancel your reservation. So I did not have a place to go!
Jamal, the employee who was there, was so empathetic with my desperation that he himself tried to find a place in other hotels nearby. He taught me how to reach this new place that fortunately had a room available. No contact from the manager for apologies, no nothing. Only one email saying “We are so sorry but the hotel is sold out”. My remarks for those who intend to book a room at this hotel: DO NOT TRUST or otherwise you may sleep at the sidewalk

Worst hotels of Hilton in Orlando. Extremely poor service. The toilet in my room broke down and they couldn’t fix it once so I had to report the matter in the reception. Woman at reception does not pick up phone, had to go down and request for a new room. One of my colleagues had her HVAC unit replaced and her room changed as well. Service is shockingly bad where so many families come to visit Disneyworld.
The white woman with specs - a bit elderly in the breakfast area is a racist person. A total B. She would not serve us coffee but served other white people well.
Entire service , reception and that elderly woman need to be fired for the hotel to have any decent chance of improvement.
Google reviews show a lot of negative reviews but we trusted the Hilton brand and went in and suffered.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU DONT WANNA BE IGNORED AND HAVE A GOOD STAY.

the location wasn’t very far from disney.
No free breakfast. You have to pay for parking which is ridiculous when i’m paying this much for a hotel for one night. The code for the parking in the lots didn’t even work, had to get front desk to do it.
Kristi was great at the front desk. You couldn’t ask for anybody more friendly and more knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you so much, kristi
Had an amazing stay. Room was clean all staff were friendly. But especially shoutout to Kamal gave me excellent customer service especially when I called on my first night to let him know I couldn’t arrive by 11pm for check in. He made sure I wouldn’t be marked a no show and was able to enjoy my late night at Disney. He is always smiling and greeted me every time I arrived. He really made me feel like at home and safe to stay there. Also Kristi went above and beyond and would reach out to me to make sure if I needed anything to make my stay brighter. Both gave me such amazing treatment that the next time I come to Orlando I will stay here again.
Do not stay here. The hotel is in terrible shape. Every ice machine on every floor was down. Charge us double parking on their website.Carpets are filthy. Furniture was banged up. Repeat! Do. Not. Stay. Here.
