Incredible
Pros:

We got tickets to Disney world and this hotel seemed like a great fit for us! We had a great time and wonderful experience with the staff! Especially Daniela at the bar! She was absolutely fantastic, so personable and made our experience that much better! Thank you to the Hilton staff for giving us a welcoming place to back to each night!

Great location and super friendly staff
Pros:

Great location to allow you travels to sightsee Orlando. Super friendly staff; Sheridan is exceptionally nice, with a great attitude. The entire crew are so polite and welcoming; Franco (bartender is great). I didn’t get all names, but checked out Sunday May 31, guy working front desk and lady with red curly braids, both super amazing and so kind. Super clean gym (which I love, only negative is to keep the wet wipes bin full). Great pool and all amenities provided. Really enjoyed the food at the restaurant as well.

Couldn’t find more broken things in a single room

AC noisy; microwave & phone broken; bed has bugs; bed noisy; didn’t do the housekeeping after we asked for; don’t change towels; promised to repair but never sent anyone in five days; WiFi always too weak in the room, had to go to the lobby for opening a website page

Pros:

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We were going to Disney for a day and of course, Disney Springs as well. The location was perfect for this trip.

I wouldn't know where to start. The room had ZERO hot water. We were taking showers with room temperature water. In addition, the A/C unit in the living room was UNBEARABLY LOUD. The front cover was just leaning next to it so I'm assuming someone was previously working on it. This made sleeping a nightmare (no pun intended because there was no sleeping). We had to shut it off completely. The A/C unit in the bedroom was almost as loud. Finally the room we were in was right next to the elevator, so of course, we heard all the drunk people coming and going at night. Finally when we came in the front desk guy wanted to charge me $165.00 MORE than what I paid online. Thankfully I save every email. So, this was a great start in the worst room in the hotel.
