-)Zimmer wurden nie gereinigt. Hatten kein Duschgel mehr
-) Late Check out nicht möglich, obwohl nicht ausgebucht
-) man muss alles vorab reservieren - kaum Plätze verfügbar (duschen im Spa)

היה חלום! הכל היה מצוין! הנופים האוכל השירות המיקום, רמה גבוהה מאוד!

הכל היה מושלם! המיקום יפה ברמות, יש חניה במלון, האוכל היה מצוין בכל המסעדות (צריך לשים לב להירשם באפליקציה לפני למסעדות שרוצים אנחנו לא נרשמנו ולא היה מקום - אבל דאגו לנו למקום במסעדות שרצינו)
גם המסעדה הראשית של המלון הייתה מעולה
השירות ממש טוב בכל מקום!
החדרים מפנקים, הנוף מושלם!
אווירה רגועה ושקטה בלי ילדים הים של המלון כיף ממש והבריכות מהממותתת עם נוף חלום! היה פשוט מושלם

Relax fronte mare
Pros:

Resort fronte mare , all inclusive di qualità anche nei bar sulla spiaggia . Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Camere non grandi ma confortevoli. Materasso comodo.

Cons:

La stanza non era come da foto perché la vista era parzialmente occlusa dai muri hotel ed eravamo sopra le cucine, ma ci hanno spostato e abbiamo avuto la stanza come da booking ( deluxe). La pulizia è minima , la prima stanza si è presentata non pulita a terra, e ascensori o corridoi sono sporchi ( mai vista una aspirapolvere!) alla signora delle pulizie ho dovuto lasciare post it con le cose da fare e gli asciugamani da lasciarmi perché sbagliava .La spiaggia è esclusiva hotel però non c é un cartello a evidenziarlo e la gente degli appartamenti vicini ( anche con bambini) viene e si piazza sui lettini ( accaduto più volte) consiglio mettere dei cartelli! Le salite sono impegnative , ma ci si abitua.

Will be back again-fantastic facilities-hilly though......not great if you aren't fit!

10/10 for food etc.....beach was great too

Sunbeds having all been taken with the towel brigade by 830am.....silly behaviour by people

Would come back in a heartbeat!!
Pros:

Incredible food, incredible drinks. The cocktail menu was incredible and all the drinks were LOVELY. Laru pool bar food was insane, the gyros and Greek fries were our fave. The vibe was super chilled. Pools weren’t too cold but nice enough to cool you down. The private beach was incredible with its own bar and we loved every second of our holiday!

Cons:

We experienced quite a few power cuts which caused inconvenience, dark hallways, no power in restaurants, rooms without power
