מלון עם פוטנציאל, וטוב יחסית, צריך לשפר את חווית השירות והנוחות ללקוח.

נוף, בריכה מצויינת, ים, גישה למתקנים היתה טובה.
אוכל ברובו טעים ומגוון.

Cons:

בריכה מחסור בכיסאות. check in קיבלנו חדר רק בשלוש וחצי למרות שהגענו בשעה שתיים והיה מספיק זמן לתת עדיפות לחדר ולארגן אותו, בקבלה לא היו נחמדים ולא סיפקו מידע על המלון אלא רק שביקשנו, פשוט מסרו מפתח. גלאי עשן מהבהב מעל הראש, ביקשנו לטפל אף אחד לא הגיע עד הלילה שראינו שלא טופל, התקשרנו שוב לקבלה והגיעו לטפל. חיישן תנועה מצפצף בלילה בכל תזוזה במיטה מאוד מפריע. שתי הבעיות האלו פגעו באיכות השינה.

Lovely stay for a few days
Pros:

Great location next to a lovely beach, great food and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel is very beautiful, the decor and the views are fantastic. The yoga teacher was really nice!

Cons:

It is not accessible, for people who have mobility issues there are stairs that you have to go up and down on to take an elevator. Also the hotel doesn’t have a lot of generators to keep the power on in case of a village power outage, this happened to us 2 days in a row and we had to go up the stairs or go to the bathroom in the dark because of it.

Pros:

La diversité des différents spots au sein de l’établissement

Cons:

L’accueil: j’attendais plus qu’un simple « télécharger l’application »
J’aurai aimé qu’on m’explique les différents endroits du complexe, les horaires des repas et petit-déjeuner.


Qu’on m’accompagne jusqu’à ma chambre d’hôtel et que je ne doive pas trouver une voiturette pour me transférer à ma chambre.

Je n’ai pas eu accès au 3 restaurants car toutes les plages de réservations étaient pleines durant la semaine. J’ai eu accès qu’au buffet.


Le lit devrait être mieux fait pour un 5 étoiles.

Amazing picture perfect getaway!
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully located, the views are amazing and you get to see the sunset every morning! And everything is very stylish and modern.
The buffet was great, huge variety of foods, lots of seafood and everything was delicious. Alcoholic drinks selection was also very good and good quality.
The staff is also very friendly and nice!

Cons:

If you are a morning person - beware that most of the property doesn’t have sun until around 10:30 because of the mountain behind. There is one pool to which it comes around 9

It was a nice holiday vacation.
Pros:

Beautiful sunset. The room with the shared pool was perfect. And the adults only was the best part.

Cons:

Some rooms are too far from the beach and pools.
You couldn’t always find a buggy and when ordered they wouldn’t always come.
There was always this stinky smell of something rotten by the room.
The staff weren’t all friendly, though some were very kind.
Not fit for people with disabilities.
