Havaalanından taksiyle 45€’ya tesise ulaşmak uygundu.

Cons:

Dik yokuşlardan oluşan tesiste iç ulaşım zordu. Bunun için buggy hizmeti olduğu söylesen de yoğunluk sebebiyle buggy bulmak imkansız gibiydi.
Oda temizliği iyi yapılmıyordu. Sadece yatak toplanıp, havlu bırakılıyordu. Odada gözle görülebilir toz, örümcek ağı vardı. Zemin düzenli temizlenmedi.
Tesiste bir gün boyunca plaj havlusu tedariki yapılmadı.
3 öğün için de yemekler kötüydü.
Oda servisi için 20€ ücret alınmasına rağmen gönderilen yiyecekler paketli basit ve bayat sandviçlerdi.
Tesis genelinde şezlong bulmak zor, havuz açılış saatinden önce havuzdaki şezlonglar çoktan bitmiş oluyordu. Plajda ise şezlong bulunabiliyor ancak pis ve rahatsız şezlonglar.
Garsonlar yoğunluktan ötürü bezmişlerdi, bazen bizi görmemeye çalıştılar, yanlış bilgiler vererek (o içecek burada servis edilemiyor vb.) işten kaçtılar.
Resort otellerde alışılmış etkinlikler bu tesiste bulunmamaktadır. Tüm gün boyunca etkinlik olarak saat 21-23 arası DJ barlardan birinde oldukça basit bir performans yapıyor. Yoğunluktan ötürü o barda da yer bulamıyorsunuz ve ayakta sıra bekliyorsunuz. Sonunda yerinize oturduğunuzda ise garsonlar sizi görmemezlikten geliyor. Bir gece hiç sipariş veremeden odamıza döndük.

Great location, amazing view and amenities.

Cons:

We had a member of the cleaning staff enter our room while we were still inside. We told her that we don't need cleaning but she entered anyway and proceeded to give us a little piece of paper. The paper read to give her money for cleaning our room. This is an all inclusive hotell and I would've never excepted to have a member directly (or I guess through a note) as me for a tip... It was extremely uncomfortable and she just kept standing in our room waiting for money. After like 5min she toom back the note and finally left. Not a pleasant experience.

Gastronomie Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Buffetrestaurant für alle Zimmerkategorien im gleichen Raum. Spezialitätenrestaurant bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen nur 2x inklusive. Flaschenweine auf der Karte grossmehrheitlich nicht verfügbar. Bei Ankunft keine Vorstellung der großen Anlage. Lediglich Zimnerschlüssel und Karte der Anlage wurde übergeben. Beschränkte Parkplätze für SUV. Roomservice bescheiden - Minibar und Kaffee wurde nur auf spezielles Verlangen aufgefüllt. Von einem 5Sterne Hotel erwarten wir einen andren Service.

Amazing and beautiful!

We had such a great experience and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and perfectly taken care of.

The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. Enjoying such delicious food together with the beautiful views made every meal even more special.

A very special mention has to go to the staff – they are truly exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly, warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel can consider itself very lucky to have such an amazing team. Their genuine kindness and hospitality make you feel welcome from the very first moment and add something truly special to the whole experience.

A beautiful hotel, excellent food, amazing views, and above all, an outstanding team. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!
