Sehr nettes Personal. Exzellentes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Abendessen war auch lecker. Sehr ruhige Lage und schöner Pool. Anlage insgesamt auch schön. Zimmer war sehr groß.

Cons:

Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass unsere Nachbarn nachts bei uns im Zimmer sitzen und sich unterhalten. Man braucht ein Auto um Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Wir waren in der Nebensaispn da und das Restaurant des Resorts hatte nicht jeden Abend geöffnet.

La struttura è in campagna, zona tranquilla fuori Siracusa. Colazione ottima e abbondante.
Stanza enorme ma con armadio piccolo.

Déception
Pros:

Pas grand chose à part les extérieurs avec la.piscine qui sont plutôt agréables.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits avec le.petit déjeuner compris.
Lors de la réception des clés, on nous a informé que ce dernier était servi jusqu a 10h.
Lors du 1er petit déjeuner, un employé, pas du tout agréable, nous a informé à 9h35 que le.petit déjeuner fermait dans 10 minutes.
Et à 9h45, il a retiré les plateaux restants, en précisant su il n y avait plus de.pain à notre arrivé ni jus d orange.

Notre.premiere nuit à été écourtée par de nombreux tirs d arme.de chasse, ne nous permettant pas de nous sentir en toute sécurité.

Pour ce qui est de la seconde nuit, tout d abord nous avons du faire appel aux employés du site car il nous était impossible d éteindre la.lumiere principale du logement.
Sut place ces derniers ont constaté le.probleme et n ont.pas.pu le régler.
Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, il nous a été répondu qu il etait.possi le de couper la.lumiere a partir du compteur.electrique en abaissant le fusible.
Notre lit se trouvait à l étage, en mezzanine avec un escalier en fer assez dangereux.
Nous avons du utiliser notre.lampe de téléphone.pour nous déplacer de notre.lit jusqu aux sanitaires et/ou salle de bain car impossible d accéder au compteur électrique autrement

Lors de cette dernière nuit, pour couronner notre séjour, une.pluie diluvienne s est abbatue sur syracuse. A notre réveil nous avons constaté que de.l eau s était infiltrée dans le.logement.
marcher dans l eau des le.matin n est pas une expérience que je recommande.
J en ai avisé.la réception où il.m a été répondu que ce n était pas un problème.
