Розташування супер, зручне ліжко

Cons:

Я хочу порадити персоналу готелю замінити вазони біля дверей в готель на смітники, або просто додати смітники, бо дуже багато людей курить і викидує окурки у вазони 🫠

Slow internet
The shower didn't drain properly
The receptionist didn't verify our ID when we were picking up keys from our already checked-in room the second day.

Nespoľahlivá wifi.
Cons:

Hotel nemá stabilnú a spoľahlivú wifi. Wifi buď nefunguje alebo vypadáva. Nikto z personálu sa za to neospravedlnil. V noci bola v izbe zima, k dispozícii nebola deka.

Not a pleasant experience in a 3 stars hotel
Pros:

I was grateful for the luggage room, because we arrived earlier and we left the bags there. Also, we had the flight back later than the check out and we left the baggage there.

Cons:

Firstly, the cleaning lady stole makeup products from the room. On 25 april in the afternoon 2 persons came in to clean( they just took out the trash and arranged the beds) . When we arrived back we just went straight to sleep but the next day when i was doing my makeup i could find the foundation. I searched everywhere, and in the end i went to talk to the receptionist, he talked to the ladies that “cleaned” inside and no one saw a foundation ( i was pretty sure the person won t admit). He even talked to the manager and nothing, in the end i was told that there is no evidence and that they can offer me a breakfast. Secondly , the room wasn t looking like the picture, speaking of cleanliness everywhere was dust on the bed frame, desk (any furniture) , window , the mirror wasn t cleaned . There was also a certain smell and the vent in the bathroom was so loud.
