Close to the airport but this hotel next to the street with a lot of noise and homeless people
The hotel was in very poor condition and not clean at all. This was my first time staying in a non-five-star hotel in Egypt, as I chose it only because of its proximity to the airport for an early 5 a.m. flight.
The online rating does not reflect the actual experience. The room and overall environment felt outdated and poorly maintained.
At night, it was extremely noisy. There was a homeless person outside repeatedly kicking trash bins, which made it impossible to sleep.
The worst part was the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. They charged a price nearly 10 times higher than the market rate. Even after arriving at the airport, the driver tried to force additional payment. It felt like the hotel and driver were working together to overcharge guests.
We always come here with large groups, around 20 of us, for one night at a time. The team are always amazing to us and so accommodating, even putting on breakfast for us at 4.30am! Cannot thank all of the team enough and you are the reason why we keep bringing our guests back . See you in November, thank you so so much
Good location, near airport and nice dining options nearby. Spacious apartment.
Hard to reach as road was closed. Hard to get someone to help with bags. Dates facility and sliding doors onto balconies would not lock.
The room was very clean. The check in was sooo smooth literally took us 2-3 minutes

The apartment, whilst not the ultimate in luxury, offered an excellent and practical living space for two weeks at an extremely reasonable cost, which is exactly what I needed. It included a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, a lounge with a comfortable two-piece sofa suite, a large rectangular table which was a perfect size for me to set up my computer and peripherals for work. In connection with this, the Wi-Fi was excellent. Not sure if the low occupancy contributed to this. The lounge also opened out onto a furnished balcony. The bedroom had two good sized beds, the firmer one perfect for my needs and plenty of storage space. It too opened out onto a balcony, albeit standing room only. The bathroom had all that one needs including a large walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast available every morning suited me perfectly- enough options to satisfy most I would have said. The pool was a decent size with quality sunbeds around it. The location of the hotel was perfect with many restaurants, supermarkets and vegetable stores within a 10-minute walk in any direction. It had friendly and helpful staff and was very quiet within its 4 walls!!
Just a few minor issues. The hot water tap had to be left running for some time before it delivered warm enough water to wash in, and the drainage was slow. I didn't use the shower so couldn't comment on whether the temperature of the water was adequate.
There were no face cloths (flannels) provided. I purchased two very cheaply from Gomla Market.
The choice of meal a la carte was limited and didn't vary and sometimes there was a buffet instead and I wasn't sure when it was one or the other. I didn't ask about this, had I have done, I might have been told!
Finally, my main concern was nothing to do with the hotel, but the presence of wild dogs in the vicinity that would bark on and off when they felt like it. It wasn't continuous by any means, and it didn't disrupt me too much, but it was annoying. I think careful choice of suite will help to mitigate against this. I went for suite 312 because of the lovely view and the large rectangular table but this may have exposed me to more dog noise than one elsewhere.
