Tolle Lage im jüdischen Viertel, preislich in Ordnung, Zimmer waren sauber.

המיקום טוב וזה הדבר היחיד שטוב כאן

אינו מתאים לשומרי מצוות בכלל, אין מפתחות שבת, הכל מנעולים חשמליים, אין קבלה 24 שעות, (נראה שהבעלים או הנהלה התחלפו בעבר כן היה). אז אם תכננתם להתארח ברובע היהודי ליד בית כנסת הרמ"א וזולדן המקום הזה לא בשבילכם.
הצוות היו חסרי התחשבות ובנוסף גם שירות חדרים היו גסים והפריעו לישון הם באו מוקדם בבוקר לנקות חדרים של השכנים דפקו חזק בדלתות והעירו את כולם, שומעים רעש גדול מהחדרים הסמוכים אי אפשר היה לישון, הם פתחו את הדלת שלי כמה פעמים בלי רשות גם כשאמרתי שאני לא צריך שירות הם לא הקשיבו.

Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Hotel stary, widać po dywanie że nie był prany za często. Miękki, ale pod nogą łóżka widać było jaki kiedyś miał kolor. Brak zasłon w oknach, a po drugiej stronie ulicy budynek więc wszystko widać. Na pytanie o zasłony dostałem informację, że pralnia nawaliła. Ale hotel i tak z tym nic nie zrobił. Nie czułem się komfortowo.

Location in Jewish quarter was vibrant with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Cons:

After 6pm there are no staff on site. We needed extra pillows and tea and coffee. But no one around to ask. There was no breakfast on offer as advertised nor was there a bar. The shower needs attention. Overall very disappointed. The one member of staff we did see was friendly enough.

En Cracovia se duerme sin cortinas
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal…la chicha rubia de recepción es un amor!! Muy buena

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, la habitación no tenía cortinas y se lo hicimos saber a la chica, pero cuando retornamos en la noche, aún no las habían puesto y me tocó usar las sábanas de la cama para tapar las ventanas, y el olor de cloaca q salía del baño, era insoportable

Дуже сподобався готель. Приємне місце, затишно, чисто, тепло, комфортно, в номері є все необхідне, а також водичка, чай, кава. Персонал привітний, прибирання кожного дня. Тільки приємні враження.

Cons:

З неприємних моментів питаннь до готелю не маю, є питання до Гугл карт. Коли їхала з аеропорту до готелю, таксі привезло під самі двері, а от коли намагалася визвати таксі з готелю, таксі не могло мене знайти, бо на мапі точку подачі видає сусідні будинки, трохи не спізнилася на автобус по цій причині, тому раджу з'ясувати цей момент заздалегідь.

Lokalizacja jest wyjątkowa, samo serce Kazimierza❤️

Cons:

Niestety w pokoju nie było zasłon ani firan, więc byłyśmy widoczne dla wszystkich z ulicy (1 piętro zaraz przy przejściu do synagogi). Ze względu na brak jakichkolwiek zasłon słońce z rana budziło nas od razu. Mimo naszej uwagi co do braku zasłon nic nie zostało zrobione. Pani wytlumaczyla nam że zasłony nie wróciły z pralni i tyle. Dodatkowo ręczniki które dostałyśmy były podziurawione - zostały na naszą prośbę wymienione na drugi dzień.
