Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit Aufzug in recht zentraler, ruhiger Lage an einem Friedhof im jüdischen Viertel in Krakau. Ein Platz mit vielen Restaurants und Synagoge ist in 2 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Mein Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sofern es vor Ort war. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Bad ist klein mit einem sehr kleinen Waschbecken. Es hat für mich aber völlig ausgereicht. Frühstück wird im benachbarten Hotel zu einem Vorzugspreis von 50 Zloty angeboten. Gefrühstückt habe ich dort allerdings nicht.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war nur sporadisch besetzt. Ab 20 Uhr war niemand mehr da und den Sicherheitsdienst, der in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnt wird, gab es nicht. Dafür hing ein Zettel aus, dass man im Notfall 112 anrufen sollte. Der Zugangscode für die Eingangstür ist gleichzeitig der Code für die Zimmertür. Als Alleinreisende würde ich das Hotel, das etwas abseits in einer dunklen Gasse liegt, nicht noch einmal buchen. Gerade am Wochenende ziehen viele alkoholisierte Männergruppen durch das Viertel, die Junggesellenabschied feiern. Am Sonntagvormittag war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, so dass mir niemand ein Taxi rufen konnte. Jeden Morgen stellte das Reinigungspersonal den Putzwagen vor meinem Zimmer im 3. Stock ab und weckte mich durch lautstarke Unterhaltungen.

Bardzo przyjemny
Pros:

Ładny, klimatyczny hotel w samym sercu krakowskiego Kazimierza. Hotel ulokowany jest od bocznej uliczki, więc w nocy jest cicho i spokojnie. Do przystanku tramwajowego dosłownie 5 minut piechotą.
Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne, bardzo ładny wystrój. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie.
Codziennie uzupełniana kawa/herbata i woda.
Przy kolejnej wizycie w Krakowie, z chęcią zatrzymam się tu ponownie :)

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz, na którą warto by zwrócić uwagę, to kabina prysznicowa, która nie była do końca szczelna. Po prysznicu łazienka dosłownie była zalana wodą.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location close to the train station and plenty of places to eat nearby. Room was quiet and staff friendly. The room was clean and better than what I expected for the money I paid.

Easy self check-in, clear messages before and upon arrivals. Daily cleaning. The position couldn't be better. Reasonably comfy beds.

Cons:

The reception is often unattended, not an issue per se a part from the departure day: we availed of the luggage storage, but our code to enter was no longer valid so we had to find someone to unlock the door for us. The breakfast is next door, ok value for money. However, the receptionist there made a comment about not understanding why our hotel was sending us there? It felt like we weren't welcomed there. Weird.

Very disappointed in my room size, but everything else with the hotel was good.
Pros:

Hotel was in an excellent location, very clean and beds were very comfortable. Our group didn’t have the breakfast so couldn’t comment.

Cons:

Rooms varied in size quite considerably. There were 6 of us who were travelling together, all of whom had separate bedrooms. While the facilities within the room were fine, my room was really small, tiny in comparison with the rooms of my fellow travellers. Also, it transpired that I had in fact paid a great deal more for what I considered an inferior room. I felt as though I had paid a deluxe price for a small single room. If you check in and you are assigned room 23, be prepared for a surprise and not in a good way!!

Pros:

It was a good location, close to the Jewish quarter. Only a short ride to the old town, staff were really helpful and house keepers were amazing. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Cons:

Couldn’t fault this hotel about anything.
