Pobyt bardzo udany- wracając do Krakowa wybierzemy ponownie ten hotel ☺️

Lokalizacja- bardzo na plus. Blisko zarówno do dworca jak i do Starego Miasta. Cicho, spokojnie mimo bliskości nasypu kolejowego. Hotel bardzo czysty. Obsługa bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Hotel bardzo czysty.

Znośny , mały hotel
Pros:

Dobrze położony , winda, blisko parkingi

Cons:

Widać zużycie w pokojach , tv kilka razy nie działał personel starał się reagować , brak zwykłej herbaty 31 stycznia ( same owocowe)

Hotel dość czysty. Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. W uliczce przed hotelem były miejsca parkingowe.

Cons:

Niestety za oknem non stop przejeżdżały pociągi, nie mogliśmy spać. Albo nie doczytałam, albo nie było takiej informacji przy rezerwacji pokoju, że tory są tak blisko i że co 2/3 minuty będzie przejeżdżał i trąbił pociąg. Pokój, który dostaliśmy też nie był najwyższego standardu. Poduszki raczej do wymiany, bardzo zużyte. Hotel rezerwowałam kilka godzin przed przyjazdem. Nie wiem, czy w standardowej cenie, czy w wyższej. Jeśli rezerwacja z wyprzedzeniem jest sporo tańsza, to rozumiem te niedogodności. Jeśli w cenie, którą ja zapłaciłam, to jednak wymagałabym lepszego standardu. Nie było tragicznie, ale raczej już nie wrócę do tego hotelu.
