I really liked the hotel and would probably reserve again !

This was a lovely little surprise. We were in the "family block" as we'd requested a quieter location. We were one of only two couples at the resort but the staff were incredible and couldn't do enough for you. Panos and his family were a delight and looked after us really well. We were expecting to feel a bit out of place being over 35 but we lobed Mslia and would visit again. Only wish therehad been some shade around the pool area as we'd have spent more time there then.

The hotel it’s self is 3minute walk to the pool not cool the cleaners are wonderful the assistant called Michal is very rude u have to pay for WiFi daily per person we was there for a week they did not change our bed sheets they came to sweep floor n change towels’ the community is very racist to all colours if you are not white the just stare at you like wat the hell but apart from that’s it’s ok I just wouldn’t stay here again and I would not recommend to others.

Hotel decisamente gradevole, non vicinissimo al mare ma molto comodo per il centro città e la città vecchia. Personale eccellente, molto preparato e disponibile ad aiutare con informazioni varie. Molto pulito

Hotel très propre et personnel charmant . Tout le monde fait des efforts pour parler français mais attention l’hôtel est divisé en quatre petits Etablissements et seulement le Aegean Sky n°1 est à coté de la piscine.Pour ma part c'est le seul petit bémole . Soirée Crétan animée par Panos le samedi soir fut un bon moment . Pour nous ce fut un super séjour et je recommande à tout le monde la visite de la Crète pour son calme et le charme de ses habitants.

Requested a high floor room but got a ground floor one. Staff were nice and helpful, showed me to my room and went through all the facilities. Room was basic and quite dark, bed were very hard and the shower cubicle was so small you could hardly move. Positives large fridge with complimentory bottle of water, free air con and toiletries and small TV. The bed was too hard for me so was unable to sleep. People were playing music outside on the patio in the room next door till late and music from the pool went on till the early hours. Wi-fi wasn't working in the evenings,

Second time staying here now and I've got to say if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Malia, come here.
You are treated like family and its the perfect location, close enough to the strip for those who want to go out and party but far enough away to be away from any noise if you enjoy you're sleep.

I actually stayed at another place for the first week I was there, and then came over to here (no availability during the first week)

Big difference, decent beds, shower and mini kitchen area and the sheets are changed daily along with towels and the room itself.

If anything just come to see Panos, you could be staying in a tent and he will still put a smile on your face.
He will go above and beyond for you, I asked if he know anywhere that could change a watch battery, most hotels would give directions. He gave me a lift there and made sure it was done quickly for me.

We were very welcomed by Panos and his staff. With the check-in we were asked to take part of a bbq then we get the wifi for free. When you take part of the bbq you get a t-shirt and a bracelet. But we did not want the bbq. For some people it is nice but not for us.

Hotel was nice. Great swimming pool but no parasol with the pool beds. Service at the bar was very pleasant. Happy hour at 22.00 till 01.00 was very nice. Nice to have was the refrigerator in the room.

The showertray in the room was broken and it was difficult to get into the shower because it was very small only 70 cm. It is made for small size persons. Very hard single beds. The lamp in the room kept flikkering although the lights were off.

From reading reviews, meeting some very happy previous stayers on our flight out our expectations were high. Panos & his team did not disappoint us. After a poor transfer (not related to the hotel) we arrived very late, hours later thn anticipated. The owner & his staff we still waiting to greet us at the top of the road. We were warmly welcomed, hurried to our rooms with a quick explanation of where everything was, and then left to sleep with a considerate late morning check-in scheduled the next day.
We could not have been better looked after. At check-in we were welcomed into the family. were given welcome drinks, a room upgrade. We booked on their BBQ evening for a resonance sum which gave you free in room wifi for the week, a t-shirt, and a fab night of fantastic food & Cretan/Greek dancing. It was a great night.
Throughout the stay the staff & family made you so welcome. Always stopping for a chat & checking you were ok. This was all staff - the chatming sexy Panos the owner, his beautiful wife Joanna &;their lovely children, the ever helpful Michael on reception, Michael the wonderful night guard, the two chatty & smiley Maria's on the bar, the tour rep, and the friendly cleaners. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of people there had been before &;would come again. Everyone in Malia knew Panos & he was held in high regard. We haf a great time
We very much anticipate returning, and will be keeping in touch. We very much hope that Panos &;Joanne will visit us in the UK

best hotel ever . great staff ,great food, clean rooms ,great service . panos the owner is the best , he bought a cake and did a celebration for our friend's birthday when we were there.
it feels like home , panos and micheal will do all their best for your happiness.

I wanted to get somewhere that wasn't too close to the strip but also wasn't too far.

Aegean Sky was the perfect distance, very short walk from everything but far enough away to get some good sleep (should you want to)

Panos and his entire family were amazing and hospitable, they treat you like a family member when you are there (and even when I no longer was staying there, I still popped in for a coffee)

I recommend the pool view rooms as they have the best location and are closest to the pool (obviously) and the bar for food and drinks.

I will be coming back

Great location! The family that own the hotel and their staff were absolutely lovely! They share Greek hospitality and a genuine interest in their guests . Would recommend to all!

The owner, Pano's, his entire family and his long time manager, Kostas where absolutely phenomenal!! They take care of you immediately upon your arrival, treat you really like family your entire stay, and ensure you are satisfied for your entire stay. There was a mix up in our room booking and they immediately upgraded us to one of thier best rooms. When we departed, they played a goodbye song for us, as they do with all guest, and his entire family watched us drive away as if a family member was leaving. Some complain on here but they fail to realize that the mastery of customer service is becoming a lost art - this small family run hotel has mastered it!!! We easily could've stayed at a five star but have never received the attention to detail like at this place. We will be back!! From my family to you and your entire staff, THANK YOU for the wonderful memories!!!!
