Good location for a pleasant stay
Pros:

Considering I was looking for a hotel in Whitefield that meets my requirement, Lemon Tree is placed near that location. In my opinion Room and breakfast is value for money

Cons:

I have stayed in this property few times in the last one year. Only this time the front desk staff were rude. I had made payment for the whole duration of the stay during checkin time. While checking out I was asked to make the payment and I had informed that I had made full payment during checkin. Instead of checking their system, I was questioned instead of asking i.e. when did you make the payment?, whom did I make the payment?, do you have the customer copy? when I produced the copy, passed statement that I had not done the payment. When the other front desk person checked the system they saw and confirmed that payment was made. There was no apology extended. It was disappointing and insulting the customer.

It was very good stay
Pros:

The location
The staff are humble and informative
But some are like new so not well informative in front desk.
No discount or concessions though this was my second visit and I recently stayed in the property for 6 days. Front desk was not very cooperative.
The cleaning staff are very good and in room dinning or staff who were serving food are really cooperative and humble.

The front desk staff are not very accommodating

Pros:

The HK team and FO supervisor who was helpful in accommodating my room request. There were 2 nails protruding out of the door frame of my bedroom. Not sure how the team checks rooms prior to ensuring they are ready for allocation.

Cons:

The lady Priyanka i think her name is Front Office Manager. This is my second interaction with her and she is absolutely oblivious person and definately unaware of hospitality best practices. She is trying to argue with me and I just asked her to end the conversation as I was not keen on entering an argument with her.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Lemon Tree Hotel with our family. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

A special thanks to Rabin (service department) for his outstanding service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a big difference. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always with a smile.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!
