Beautiful, relaxing a place that I will definitely recommend to other people
Pros:

The customer service was very beautiful. They was very professional. The aesthetics was also awesome. It’s really a hotel that I will visit again.

Not so great experience
Pros:

Great beds and pillows.

Cons:

Lamp didn't work. 2 usb c charger stations didn't work. only saw 2 elevators work. Check out staff was great. Check in staff didn't explain the wifi process and the room charging practice

Pros:

Walkable location.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready til 5pm, battery to door died leaving my teen locked out the room for hours. Staff wouldn’t help him. Steamer didn’t work in room. Construction in front of building made for a traffic nightmare. Loud music from rooftop bar kept me up late.

Some room issues but really nice staff
Pros:

The carpet was old and stained. Pretty gross. The bed frame was beat up. The bathroom door was stuck so an adult had to open and shut it for the kids. The staff was very nice and professional.

But it was overall a beautiful stay we had a wonderful time.

Nice views, clean, wonderful location, rooftop

Cons:

For how much people pay for the room and valet fee. I feel we should at least get free breakfast or complimentary water.
