Die Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit einem großen Strand Abschnitt mit vielen liegemöglichkeiten und Schattenplätzen man kann sich sogar umsonst Kajaks ausleihen, um zu den Mänätis oder Schildkröten zu paddeln. Der Pool hat unseren Kindern sehr gefallen. In der Unterkunft selbst waren die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Ich würde sagen, außen Hui innen Pfui. Man sieht, dass die Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist abgenutzte Möbel/Badewanne. Wir haben extra eine Unterkunft mit Küchenzeile gebucht. Geschirr war keins vorhanden für 1600 € Für fünf Tage hätte ich in dem Preis mehr erwartet. An der Poolbar gibt es keine richtigen Alkohol, sondern nur einen kleinen Kokoslikör, mit dem sie alle Cocktails mischen. Die Preise sind unterirdisch dafür ein Eis, was im Supermarkt fünf Dollar kostet kostet in dieser Anlage 15 $. Wir haben also für vier Eis 60 $ bezahlt das muss man sich mal auf der Zunge zergehen lassen.

Luxury pricing for motel 6 quality
Pros:

I can’t believe this resort charges over $500 per night. I have no idea where they use the money. The resort is falling apart, there is no real restaurant, the pool is not heated although it claims to be, we were here 6 days and received service on ONE day. I had to ask for new towels, toilet paper, trash to be taken out etc almost every day. The rooms are slightly better than a motel 6. There were ants all over the place, I could go on. I wouldn’t be making this review if the service weren’t so terrible. The employees act like you are asking them to move mountains when you are just asking for new towels because no one has cleaned your room the entire time you’ve been there. We asked the pool bar guy for dinner and he essentially told us that nothing on the menu was worth ordering.

Beautiful view!
Pros:

Great view. Pool small but very nice. Rooms clean and spacious. Easy check in. Great experience kayaking and biking from the resort. Nearby restaurant to walk to. Pretty walkways. Relaxed vibe and atmosphere!

Cons:

Multiple requests for extra towels, blanket and pillow was not fulfilled for over 24 hours. Limited amount of bikes and kayaks available to use. No Holiday music playing at the pool as advertised. Shuttle bus driver accepted our request and then cancelled us last second causing us to have find alternative transportation to our sunset cruise.

Decent enough place and a great location, but could use some simple improvements
Pros:

We had a warm reception. The grounds are made for some activity: sunbathing, snorkeling, kayaking, SUP'ing, corn hole, ping pong. Lots of recliners for enjoying the sea and sunset. The king bed was very comfortable. Huge bathroom with decent lighting.

Cons:

Lighting was not adequate in the living area. Our room had an area for food prep, except the lights above it were not wired yet. And there were no utensils, no plates, nothing kitchen related at all. But, we had a microwave oven, which seemed really odd. The sofa has seen better days, but it was comfortable enough.

Smelly Rooms
Pros:

Rooms have a really strong musty/moldy smell. It wasn’t just ours because friends stayed in a different building and had the same.

Pool/bar was meh. Nothing going on, bar barely serves drinks and no food.

Staff and amenities were awesome. Not a beach spot if that’s what your kids are looking for.
