Resort & the keys voor mij niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Aardig personeel bij receptie en de grote van het appartement was super

Cons:

Te dicht bij de weg en helaas de smell of zeewier zodat we eigenlijk niet op het mooie grote balkon konden zitten maar binnen met deuren dicht ( maar hier kan het resort niets aan doen!) wat tegenviel was dat er weinig onderhoud is geweest de laatste tijd en we hoorden dat het resort over 2/3 maanden dichtgaat om te renoveren en dat is wel nodig. Zwembad zag er niet schoon uit veel zwarte plekken ??? Schimmel??? En de bedjes verkleurd en dan ziet het er niet schoon uit

החדר גדול מאד ונוח למשפחה. הבריכה הייתה נעימה ומזמינה. הצוות היה נחמד מאד וניסה לעזור.

הייתה הרגשה של חוסר נכונות לסייע. הכל נעשה עם חיוך אבל מאד מקובעים. למשל, לא צוין בהזמנה שצריך לעלות 2 קומות ברגל עם המזוודות ולעלות הכל לבד. כל יציאה מהחדר הייתה מאד מסורבלת ואין מעלית. לא הייתה נכונות למצוא לנו חדר בקומה נמוכה יותר ורק חזרו על כך שנצטרך לשלם מחיר של עוד לילה לשם כך וזאת למרות שרוב המלון היה ריק. ארוחת בוקר מתחילה ב8 אז אם רוצים קפה לפני אי אפשר.

Great location. Serene and awesome Sunrise spot.
Pros:

Location was perfect for fun things to do. The resort staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was very spacious and the A/C was wonderful. La Siesta has a nice tranquil vibe. I would definitely return for a future stay.

Very rough accommodations. There are much better options for this price point.

The docks and beach was beautiful

The property was not well maintained at all.

Our room was completely inappropriate for a family with young children as it was not a suite but two rooms connected by a staircase requiring with key card access. I could not have toddlers in a completely separate hotel room. My husband ended up sleeping with some of the kids upstairs in the second hotel room and I slept in the other room with the baby.

With two cases of external stairs to reach the first room.

Our room had ants, rotting floors, rusty fixtures.

The house keeper only came in twice and did the bare minimum.

The pool was is rough shape the pool bathroom even had exposed plumbing coming out of the walls.

Stay Away! Don’t Trust the Photos.
Pros:

Do not trust the photos this resort uses to advertise the property. When we first checked in, our room was so dirty that we immediately requested to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room was only slightly better. There were stains on the walls, the floors were visibly dirty, and the pullout couch had springs sticking out of the sides.

The condition of the room was so concerning that I actually went to the store and purchased my own cleaning supplies just so I could feel comfortable using the bathroom and shower. That is something I’ve never had to do at any hotel or resort.

The only reason we didn’t leave and book another resort was because nothing else was available during the timeframe of our stay. Had there been another option, we would have checked out immediately.

This was, without question, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only positive part of our experience was the staff. Every employee we interacted with was kind, responsive, and did their best to accommodate us despite the condition of the property.

The resort itself was incredibly disappointing, and I would never recommend staying here. The staff earned the second star, otherwise, this would have been a one-star experience.

Sean and Marilyn general manager and manager were wonderful people. They were quick to respond to any need you had they made us stay so superb you have access to the two other resorts their sister companies it was just wonderful experience
