Cleanliness
7
Several guests reported humidity smell and visible, poorly done repairs (e.g., in bathrooms). Overall reasonably clean but maintenance and odor issues lower the score.
Service
10
Multiple reviews praise the staff as friendly and accommodating; service is consistently noted as a positive.
Location
5.5
Repeated complaints that the hotel is very far from the fairgrounds and tourist sites and that published travel times are misleading; however the area is described as safe with a small shop outside.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms described as very large and comfortable by some guests, but others note old rooms, visible poor repairs and an AC that does not cool properly.
Amenities
8
Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools and other amenities, but guests note that the pools and some facilities need repairs.
Value for Money
5
Several guests state the price does not match expectations for a Hilton and transportation costs from this location increase overall expense.
Food and Beverage
10
Breakfast is repeatedly described as good/wonderful and food/service in dining receives positive mentions.
Overall Experience
8
Mixed but leaning positive: some guests report an excellent, pleasant stay with great staff and breakfast, while others cite major negatives (location, maintenance, AC).

Pros:

Hable a Hoteles.
