Disappointed hotel stay
Pros:

Close to family that we were visiting.

Cons:

Hotel grounds were unkept, pool and surrounding area was dirty, pool chairs were frayed, full of holes and of the 5 outside tables only 2 had umbrellas.
Bathroom was dirty, windows were dirty, bathroom fan did not work, light above coffee maker did not work. Shower floor was very slippery. Even with the hand rails we had both slipped. We had to drive to a store and purchase a bath mat.
The front staff was lacking in personality and friendliness.
Overall we were highly disappointed especially with the price we paid.

Better hotels elsewhere for similar money.
Cons:

Trash outside on the ground - given a room that had somebody in it already - second time - also happened at the Holiday Inn at Rocky Mount, NC. - Bed very very very soft - OLD.

The staff was night but i requested late check and it said it was approved but when asked about it was told it was not allowed. Not enough towels already in the room and the hand soap was already used.

Will not stay again
Pros:

Good location. Rooms were not clean. No towels and couldn’t check into until 6:30. After a 9 hour drive. That was not ok!! We had three rooms with 9 adults and two children. We had 5 towels total for all three rooms. Do better!!

Cons:

Very slow checking in. No towels and refrigerator was not working
