Pros:

This eclectic hotel is charming and is located in a great area of Taipei, near so many great cafes and shops. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in Taipei.

Clean hotel and good location. Friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and nice. Slightly small in size to place 2 large suitcase. Location is good and concierge are friendly.

Cons:

We are checking-out on 22nd July at t7.30pm to catch our midnight flight. Concierge counter and front door has no attendance at all for 10-15mins.

大致上可以。
Pros:

前台接待还不错，咖啡机也可以，就是早餐没机会体验，可能是床太舒服，爬不起来吃早饭。

Cons:

可能是下雨的关系，一楼大厅里有股潮湿的味道，感觉不是太好。

Bad service
Pros:

The location is great but the hotel itself does not deserve a 5 star hotel rating. Inside of the room has visible mold in the bathroom and this is extreme concern for health reason.
The customer service is not great. I checked in the afternoon and I didn’t remember the lady at the front desk explained about the WiFi. Later I realized that I didn’t see information regarding the WiFi so I asked later that night. The first thing she said was “I already explained it to you when you check in!” After couple second, she told me to look at the card cover for the room and I realized that WiFi information was listed there. Even though I didn’t see it, but I felt she didn’t have to say those words that made me feel awkward. Then the next day I wanted to exchange some cash, again the same lady told me, you could do it next morning. So I waited until the morning, another lady told me “oh the rate here is bad, I recommend you to do it at the bank!” Note that, it is Sunday morning and no bank was open! I told her it is ok as I need the cash in urgent. Then she told me they don’t have enough cash and I would have to wait until the afternoon. I told her the lady from yesterday to told me wait until the morning when I asked in the afternoon the day before! She just said, then maybe you could go to the mall or try my luck in the afternoon.
Overall it was a very frustrated experience!
