It’s good over all
Pros:

There is a balcony but you can’t smoke , cigarettes, thats not fair

Overall decent accommodations but repetitive issues unaddressed.
Pros:

Access to highway to skiing. Restaurant. Spacious suite.

This year there was no carpet replacement or painting going on so those odours were absent

Cons:

There’s a full (every room) surround sound system that nobody seems to know how to operate. Previously I just hooked up my iPhone to it and played Apple Music but this time, just CD’s (and I had to figure connections and settings myself even after having staff attend).

I tried the sofa bed, which was medieval torture. Every spring was felt. If you’re going to advertise a feature it should be useable and comfortable. Otherwise just say it sleeps two, and don’t include the sofa bed.

The bathroom sink leaked all over the counter.

This is the third time staying here. The space and amenities are good for the price but I believe I’ve previously mentioned sofa bed and sound system so either it’s not documented or the owners don’t care to address them.

All in all, we would 100% book at this property again
Pros:

Close in proximity to anywhere you needed to go, easy to get to, underground parking was fantastic. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. The room we stayed in was lovely, definitely in need of a few updates but nothing too serious.

Cons:

The hot tub facilities weren’t available after 10pm. The mattress was rather hard and there really wasn’t much comfortable furniture in the living space.
