Nice hotel
Pros:

The stay at Silver Creek Lodge was simply wonderful! The hotel is very cozy, clean and has an incredible mountain vacation atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped - I especially liked the kitchen and the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. There is a large underground parking, which is very convenient, especially in winter
The location is also very convenient: not far from the center of Canmore and only a few minutes drive to Banff National Park. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again!

A few upgrades & tweeks needed
Cons:

Way too hot...had to open windows as the thermostat did not work.
Hot tub way, way too hot as well...others who I talked to said the same. Rooms very dark - need to put in much brighter light bulbs.
Good views from front windows.
Beds way to low to the ground.

Pros:

The view from the room was beautiful, and I can not recommend it enough. I was happy to find out there was complimentary access to the hot pool and steam room during our stay. The facilities available in the room exceeded my expectations, a bit of a hidden gem.

Cons:

We found the pillows uncomfortable.

It was a good value for a one night stay.
Pros:

The room was nice for a 1 night stay. It had a fridge, microwave and some dishes. There was a fireplace and a view. We liked the outdoor hot tub.

Cons:

The bed was terrible. The mattress old and worn. The springs are gone. The rom was too warm with no way to adjust the temperature. The bathroom in the pool area could have been cleaner.

Good hotel
Pros:

Clean, modern, parking all good.
Nice hot tubs, but set way too hot .
Stayed a couple nights.
Friendly front desk staff

Cons:

Lockoff hotel rooms don't have any heat control thermostats. Many more Luggage trolleys are needed and the few their need serious wheel maintenance. Bed mattresses need upgrading. Very low beds.

Great restaurant……. Hoping we just got the dud room and that there are others that are maintained.
Cons:

Tv did not work, the sheets were not clean…. Long hairs so bed had NOT been checked properly…… hundreds of moth holes in curtains…….etc
Someone’s alarm was also going off all night and kept us up for the majority of the night ( we came to relax).

Pros:

Beautiful view from our room balcony, clean room, facilities like steam and hot pool are amazing. Friendly and helpful staff and sushi from Wild Orchid restaurant were worth it!

Cons:

Gym room can be bigger with more ventilation and neither cross trainer machine work, shower in our room didn't have even force
