Booking five separate rooms was a great solution for our family. But were not offered a discount.
Pros:

The quality of the facility, the room, and appointments was excellent.

Cons:

The pull out couch mattress was unusable. I had to sleep on the couch itself.

Even though the rooms were excellent, they were overpriced. I felt taken advantage of. I needed the rooms and had to pay the rate. It felt excessive.

Große Apartments mit viel Platz, Wohnbereich mit Kamin, Terrasse, Bad mit schönem Steinboden, toll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine & Trockner im Zimmer. Bademäntel: toll für einen Besuch von Bodhi Wellness (gegen Gebühr im gleichen Gebäude). Schnelles WiFi.

Cons:

Ausstattung etwas älter und dunkel, das stört aber nicht weiter. Weiche Betten (Geschmacksache).

Good location near seven eleven, Tim Horton, Wendy’s.

Wonderful place to stay if you want to have an alternative to the prices in Banff.
Pros:

What a wonderful surprise of a hotel! Loved the hot tub area. And the restaurant’s food was delicious.

Cons:

We encountered a glitch with the washing machine in our unit. Lighting was very dark. Could have used a light over the sink. Microwave light was also not working.

The staff were friendly and it met our needs for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped.

The room wasn’t very clean - there was a huge clump of hair on the sofa bed and sand/ grit on the floor.

Wasn't the worst experience, but I woulnt recommend staying for more than 1-2 nights.
Pros:

The hotel lobby looked superb, very pretty and calm. The hallways for the rooms are pretty old however and haven't been changed for probably the past 15 years, im assuming this place has been here since the 90's. That itself is no problem, but the amenities inside of the hotel room are abysmal. They dont have enough blankets and they ones they do have are about 10mm thick. The water here from the taps and showers isnt good either, the quality of the water is quite poor even though it being next to the mountains with some of the cleanest natural water in the world. The cleanliness is what you'd expect from a hotel so no bad insights for that aspect, the views are great looking out at the mountains. A vending machine broke when I already bought the item inside, so I woulnt recommend using them at all.

Convienient amenities and location, but not as comfortable.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, as well as the variety of suites to choose from. The underground parkade was very convenient!

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. We had multiple family members staying in different rooms that also found the beds uncomfortable. The rooms were very cold, and the temperature did not adjust accordingly.
