Good hotel
Pros:

Clean, modern, parking all good.
Nice hot tubs, but set way too hot .
Stayed a couple nights.
Friendly front desk staff

Cons:

Lockoff hotel rooms don't have any heat control thermostats. Many more Luggage trolleys are needed and the few their need serious wheel maintenance. Bed mattresses need upgrading. Very low beds.

Great restaurant……. Hoping we just got the dud room and that there are others that are maintained.
Cons:

Tv did not work, the sheets were not clean…. Long hairs so bed had NOT been checked properly…… hundreds of moth holes in curtains…….etc
Someone’s alarm was also going off all night and kept us up for the majority of the night ( we came to relax).

Pros:

Beautiful view from our room balcony, clean room, facilities like steam and hot pool are amazing. Friendly and helpful staff and sushi from Wild Orchid restaurant were worth it!

Cons:

Gym room can be bigger with more ventilation and neither cross trainer machine work, shower in our room didn't have even force

It was a nice room. Needs maintenance. And the steam room was less to be desired. Unclean.

I have no idea. We had a breakfast with payment ? Where. If that’s the case and we missed it. I would like that added in the weekend of Jan 10 when I come again please

Cons:

Well I would have given way better. But I got a hard time at front desk over my credit card name. I never had that issue at any other hotel that week while on vacation.
I also was sad to see the room showers did not work and the fireplace was noisy. Very loud!
The room was beautiful otherwise. I plan to return I hope The room will be fixed. Also the steam room was disgusting. Dirty. No towels in the bathroom down there. And it was not very tidy or clean in the women’s bathroom
I hope that improve. My daughter is coming in Jan. She is immune compromised

Cons:

Apartment was too warm- 77F, we noticed that at 11:10pm, but unfortunately we’re not able to lower it because staff was not around. Thermostat was locked and accessible only with a key, we had to sleep with windows open on the first floor, and didn’t feel safe because of that.
