Pros:

Hotel je izuzetno čist i uredan, osoblje iznimno ljubazno, doručak odličan. Lokacija je savršena jer je uz rijeku, u malo mirnijem dijelu centra, a svi atraktivni sadržaji na udaljenosti zabavne, zanimljive, opuštene šetnje.

Cons:

U spa dijelu bilo je moguće koristiti jednu saunu uz najavu pola sata prije. Računala sam da ima spa dio koji je non stop na raspolaganju.

super Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Weichsel und die Burg Wawel, sehr vielfältiges Frühstück, Zimmer sehr angenehm, einchecken bereits 13 Uhr möglich gewesen -mit InernetTV (App)-, Parkplatz vor der Tür

im Hotel gibt es nichts zu kritisieren,
parken war relativ teuer (ca. 50 € für 2 Tage) und musste täglich neu gebucht werden, war aber kein Problem

Stay here!, it’s great value
Pros:

The location is superb, close to the center, the reception staff were friendly pleasant and very helpful

Room was super clean and in great condition

There are lots of food options all around although the hotel has its own restaurant

Exceptional Hotel
Pros:

Spacious modern rooms TV location is right next to the river and castle. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Reception staff were so helpful and beds were ultra comfortable.

Overall a good hotel, 4/5.
Pros:

Hotel Kossak is very well located, close to the riverfront and within walking distance of the Old Town. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection, the staff is friendly, and there is also a sauna. The room smelled very pleasant, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the Clarins toiletries were a nice touch.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights: the towels were replaced even though we didn’t leave them on the floor, but the room was not vacuumed.

We liked the hotel but room choice is key!
Pros:

Great location , friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast

Cons:

Room 501 is on the back with an awful view
We were also woken at 6 am each morning by large rubbish bins being emptied
Towels are quite old and rough , toilet paper is poor quality !
