Very pleasant. Clean room, good service.

Central location. Good Breakfast selection. Very clean . Easy to reach from the airport by bus

Hyvä sijainti, palvelut sekä ystävällinen henkilökunta
Pros:

Toimiva ja siisti huone, hyvä sijainti, runsas aamupala ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneessa lisäksi laadukas jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin sekä hotellista sai käyttöön ilmaiseksi polkupyörät. Huone moderni ja aito viherkasvi ilahdutti. Huoneessa valmiina laadukkaat vartalonpesuaineet. Kattoterassilla ravintola ( tosin hinnat kalliimmat) ja katutasolla ruokakauppa.

Cons:

Huoneen ulko-ovi ja wc ovi eivät liiku vapaasti, vaan osuvat toisiinsa. Huonosti suunniteltu. Käsi jäi näiden kahden oven väliin puristuksiin ulos lähtiessä wc ovessa olevan hidaste saranan takia, joka ei siis sulkeudu normaaliin tapaan.

Idealny pobyt!
Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania Krakowa, zarówno piechotą, jak i komunikacją miejską. Czysto, pokój wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. I jest nawet lampka do czytania. Okna dobrze wyciszają hałas z ulicy. No i widok z okna na Wawel, rewelacja!

Super consigliato per chi cerca qualità, cura e un’accoglienza che ti fa sentire davvero benvenuto.
Pros:

Soggiorno all’Hotel Kossak davvero impeccabile. Camere pulitissime, posizione ottima per visitare Cracovia a piedi e una comodità generale che rende tutto più semplice. Il personale è stato di una cordialità e ospitalità davvero superlative: sempre disponibili, sorridenti e pronti ad aiutarci in ogni dettaglio. Punto di forza la colazione: varia, abbondante e curata.
Un plus che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo: ci hanno preparato un pacchetto colazione (con prodotti di prima qualità) all’alba perché avevamo il volo alle 6.45. Un’attenzione rara che fa la differenza.

Soggiorno rovinato dal comportamento dello staff l'ultimo giorno

La vicinanza al centro citta, la colazione, gli accessori della camera.

Hotel che rispecchia quanto ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle.
La mia recensione negativa è dovuta al fatto di aver lasciato in camera due anelli, di cui uno d'oro, l'ultimo giorno del soggiorno.
Dopo essermi accorta di non aver messo gi anelli che toglievo sempre insieme e lasciavo vicini in un ripiano di marmo, che fa parte dell'armadio presente in camera, chiamo la struttura, in quanto sarei dovuta tornare a prendere la valigia lasciata dopo il check-out, e mi dicono di averli trovati.
Quando torno a prenderli mi consegnano una busta con dentro uno soltanto; guarda caso quello falso.
Dopo avergli spiegato che gli anelli li lasciavo sempre vicini e non era possibile che ne avessero trovato soltanto uno, mi hanno ripetuto che avevano trovato soltanto quello, anche se al telefono non mi era stato detto.
Non mi è sembrato un comportamento molto professionale.

Hotel reformado, cerca del castillo y a 10 minutos caminando del casco histórico. Desayuno variado y rico. Habitación espaciosa y cama cómoda. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio que está muy bien.

Cons:

Que me ofrecieran un servicio de recogida de taxi por 150 zloty cuando el taxi allí te cobraba 55 máximo y un uber 35, me parece de mal gusto aprovecharse así de los turistas..
Tampoco me gustó que justo en la puerta del hotel hay dos puestos de kebab. Tienes que pasar por delante todo el rato y el olor es desagradable aunque dentro del hotel no huele.

Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα.
Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία και βρισκόταν παρα πολύ κοντά στο κάστρο και τον ποταμό Βιστουλα για βόλτες με απίστευτη θέα.

Cons:

Ήθελα το ξενοδοχείο να είχε παντόφλες μιας χρήσης. Πολύ χρήσιμες δεν πήρα μαζί μου.Θα

Pros:

A hotel és az étterme is fantasztikus. A lokáció tökéletes, minden séta távolságra, parkoló az épület előtt. Csodaszép panoráma a szobából és a tetőteraszról is a Visztulára és a várra. A reggeli nagy választékkal tökéletes, a szoba jól felszerelt és patyolat tiszta. Imádtuk.

Très bon séjour; un bémol pour la vue et les bruits de la rue.

Bonne localisation, propreté, petit-déjeuner très copieux et très varié.

Cons:

J'avais demandé une chambre avec vue. Nous avons été logés au premier étage, avec vue... sur les câbles du tram surtout. Les photos de la vue sur le site correspondant celles du rooftop... Déception donc, d'autant plus que l'on entendait beaucoup les bruits de la rue (une avenue très fréquentée) à cet étage (les châssis isolant mal du bruit et du froid).
Demandez une chambre en hauteur pour avoir une vraie vue sur le fleuve et le château.
