The main square
Very friendly and helpful staff with an excellent knowledge of English ( I know I’m sorry I can’t speak Polish)

The hotel was excellent overall. We had a beautiful view of Wawel Castle and the Vistula River, and the location could hardly be better. The value for money was very good, the breakfast was excellent with an above-average selection of vegetables, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was nothing significant that we did not like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations during our stay.

A little too far from the good restaurants
The hotel is in a good location for a short walk into the old town . Taxi rank outside the front door too.
Room was a decent size and very clean as was the rest of the hotel , breakfast was good and the rooftop bar and restaurant was excellent . All staff came across as friendly . Many thanks to everyone for a nice time in Krakow.
