Udany pobyt.
Pros:

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Śniadania były bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Nigdy niczego nie brakowało. Jeśli coś sie kończyło, praktycznie od razu było donoszone. Panie z obsługi spisały sie na medal.

Cons:

Poduszki pod głowę.

Отношение персонала , за две недели заранее предупредили что ребенок на особенном питании и попросили безглютеновый завтрак , альтернативное молоко. Ничего не было предоставленно принесли на стол открытый хлеб и просто сказали что он безглютеновый , у ребенка с аллергией на яйца и молоко и глютен ... без состава не закрыв его от контакта с обычным хлебом .. На вопросы и просьбы не отреагировали .. и с собой приготовили полный пакет "запрещенных" продуктов на ранний чек аут. В европе такое отношение недопустимо не получили ни извинений ничего. Абсолютный игнор ситуации

Great place to stay
Pros:

The location was fantastic and very accessible to everything.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the room as it does get quite warm during the day and night.

Pros:

Hotel má veľmi dobrú polohu, je len pár minút od zastávky metra. Izby na 5. a 6. poschodí mali svoje čaro. Možno bolo hore trošku teplejšie, ale v izbách je aj klíma. Raňajky boli vynikajúce. Personál bol veľmi ochotný, dostali sme skoršie aj kľúče pri check in-e. Radi sa vrátime aj nabudúce.

Pravděpodobně se vrátíme. Dobrá lokace.
Pros:

Snídaně luxusní. Personál velmi rychle uklízel stoly a připravoval je pro další hosty. Doplňování jídla super. sortiment dtto.
