camera grande, qualità colazione buona a parte i succhi che erano praticamente acqua.
parcheggio comodo.

prese della corrente mancanti vicino al letto.
pulsantiera vicino al letto scomodo in quanto non cera una guida.
flaconcini: pochi e molto blandi per un 4 stelle.
non mi è chiaro se la struttura fosse un 3 stelle o 4. Nella hall le pulsantiere della luce o ascensore riportavano tutti 3 stelle.
in più mi aspettavo di trovare più gadget (pantofole, spazzoli, penna e block notes).

Sistemazione in camera con scale, priva di ascensore con valige pesanti portate a mano dai clienti (età ultasessantenni). Mancanza da parte del referente dell' albergo, di immediata sistemazione in camera adeguata come da richiesta con pagamento anticipato.
