The staff at the restaurant on sunday 29th morning, the elder waiter was very rude.No smile and like he is being disturbed when asked for something.Wants to overcharge for one croissant and juice.not friendly and felt a bit like a racist.The worst hotel to be at very judgemental staff and not satisfied at all.
Its better you stay at a rented apartment and order food delivery services.
The huge open foyer/reception area, very friendly staff, big rooms, plenty of space, excellent food in the restaurant (visited restaurant 3 times in the evenings) food exceptionally well presented. Lovely outside bar to enjoy a drink.
Shower could be updated, but what was there worked, so not a problem.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for business travellers. It is in the business district with many office parks either walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The junior suite was very spacious, room amenities like gowns and slippers were provided and it was very clean.
The gym is a good size, with all the expected equipment plus studio group classes which hotel guests could join. The pool area was decent. The restaurants had great food!
I advised the hotel during the prolonged check in process that I needed a meeting room for 1-2 days. Every day I needed to follow up on my request - every single morning when leaving the hotel and every afternoon when I was back, I would have to engage reception for an update or confirmation. Frustratingly, the same person would ask me to confirm my room number and date and time of the meeting room request. It was apparent that nothing had been done to accommodate the request. Only after speaking to the manager did my confirmation come through the Sunday before I required the room.
Make sure you triple check all your belongings on check out. In my rush to leave for the airport, I left two books behind. And when I reached out to the hotel, they said that they were not in the hotel. Both books?!
