Erstens das tolle und nette Personal sowie das unglaublich leckeres Frühstücks Buffet .
PS. Probiert die leckeren Würstchen sowie die Kuchen.
Und eine wirklich tolle Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Mama Shelter, une valeur sûre
Pros:

Superbe hôtel, tramway juste en bas de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont très confortables et nettoyées tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner propose un large choix de produits, il y a un billard, un baby-foot et de quoi s’occuper dans l’hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa.

Zimmer super, Frühstück okay
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett war auch super und im Bad hat es ebenfalls an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht ganz so gut. Beim Kaffee waren allerdings 2 Minuten die Tassen alle, kleine Löffel gab es nur am ersten Tag und die Brötchen wirkten nicht frisch.

Es war okay.

Location and the design is perfect

Cons:

Breakfasts are awful. There were no cutleries, the staff couldn’t find a simple fork and a spoon There were not enough cups and the plates.
The breakfasts very poor by itself. The staff doesn’t bring and fulfil what is missing. Staff doesn’t clean the tables and majority of the tables are dirty during the breakfast.

Pros:

Hotel je na skvělém místě, design hotelu je neotřelý a hravý.

Cons:

Na recepci při check-inu byly dvě poměrně nepříjemné slečny a dost mi to zkazilo dojem z celého pobytu. Navíc byl požadován deposit 500,- Kč, o kterém jsem předem neměla ani tušení a ani nevím na co je. Chápu, že je třeba vyžadován, kdyby se na pokoji něco rozbilo/ztratilo, ale před check-outem si pokoj nikdo rozhodně nezkontroloval a tak nechápu ten smysl. A jak už jsem psala, bylo by vhodné hosty předem na něco takového upozornit. To se nestalo.
A jak někteří psali, personál na recepci nemluví česky, což za mě není až takový problém, ovšem docela mě to v Čechách překvapilo.
