Tolles Hotel in guter Lage, mit Parkmöglichkeit und Ausblick.
Pros:

Optisch von außen ein sozialistisches Luxushotel der 60er Jahre, komplett als "Parkhotel" renoviert, quasi wie ein Neubau. Und dann kamen vor ein paar Jahren die Mama-Shelter-Designer und haben sich im Innern komplett ausgetobt! Erfrischend anders.
Das mit dem Parkplatz ist so: Der offene Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, den man bei Google Maps noch sehen kann, ist weg, weil er bebaut wird. Stattdessen hält das Hotel Dauerparkplätze in der direkt angrenzenden hochmodernen Tiefgarage des Einkaufszentrums bereit. Diese Stellplätze kann man m.E. selbst nicht kaufen/buchen. Man bekommt stattdessen an der Rezeption eine Parkkarte für die Schranke und kann dann frei in der Garage parken, raus- und reinfahren, etc.
Parkhaushöhe ist über 2m, für meinen VW-Bus kein Problem. Für das Parkhaus zahlt man im Hotel umgerechnet etwa 20 Euro pro Tag. Das ist damit natürlich preislich kein Schnäppchen, aber dafür ein echt komfortables sehr "naheliegendes" und sicheres Angebot fürs Auto.
Für die Prag-Besichtigung braucht man kein Auto, denn die Straßenbahnen fahren bis tief in die Nacht in enger Taktung direkt am Hotel vorbei und bringen einen mit verschiedenen Linien direkt überall in die Innenstadt. ÖPNV ist wirklich preisgünstig in Prag. Der offizielle Automat für Mehrtagesfahrkarten steht direkt in der Hotel-Lobby und ist natürlich mit der Bankkarte bedienbar!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück würde ich mir wünschen, dass das Personal die Tische schneller abräumt und abwischt. Da spielen sie etwas mit der Idee des coolen Hotels von jungen Leuten für junge Leute, aber preislich ist das ja eher nicht so. Also müsste bitte auch an dieser Stelle der Service angepasst werden: Da dürfen sich keine Geschirrberge auf verlassenen Tischen bilden.
Sonst hat uns alles gefallen! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, unsere Zimmer extrem sauber.

Fun and comfortable stay in Prague!
Pros:

Mama Shelter Prague is a stylish and trendy hotel with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The room had a unique and playful design, making the stay feel different from a typical hotel experience.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to start the day.
Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a modern, vibrant hotel with comfortable rooms and a cool vibe. I would gladly stay here again! 😊

Cons:

The only downside is that it's a bit far from Prague's historic center, but public transportation is easily accessible and makes getting around simple.

In the heart of Prague, a flawless stay with comfort, hospitality, and unforgettable memories.
Pros:

The hotel concept was outstanding. The property was clean, stylish, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Roya, who was extremely helpful and supportive from start to finish. Before our trip, I had sent a message explaining that this would be our first visit to Prague and asking if it would be possible to have a room with a nice view. The team exceeded our expectations by preparing a wonderful room for us on the 10th floor with a fantastic view.
It was truly a memorable experience. Everywhere in the hotel, you could see thoughtful little details that made the stay feel special. The entire staff works together as a true team, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Prague. In fact, I can no longer imagine staying at any other hotel in the city. I would also like to thank Front Office Manager Elvin, who was extremely attentive and clearly places guest satisfaction at the heart of everything he does.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I disliked about this hotel. Everything you could possibly expect from a hotel was there. I genuinely tried to find something that could be improved, but I honestly couldn't find any shortcomings. It offered a peaceful, comfortable, and truly enjoyable stay from beginning to end. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and provided an outstanding accommodation experience.
