Aria condizionata troppo bassa (16gradi!) e non regolabile la velocità della ventola

Otele saat 14:30 gibi vardığımızda ortada ne personel ne bir müşteri hiç kimse yoktu. Resepsiyon önüne gelip seslendiğimde içeriden son derece agresif bir kadın çalışan çıktı ve daha ben ağzımı açmadan, size şu anda check-in yapamam deyip tekrar içeri geri gitti. Eşimle birlikte şok olduk. Daha sonra barda çalıştığını tahmin ettiğimiz bir diğer personele durumumuzu sorduk, benim işim değil, meslektaşım ilgileniyor dedi ve gitti. Saat 15:00 olunca ilk konuştuğumuz agresif hanım ortaya çıktı ve bize otele giriş saatinin 15:00 olduğuna dair küstahça ve terbiyesizce bir nutuk çekti. Kendisini beğenmiyorsak müdürüne şikayet edebileceğimizi de ilave edip, oda anahtarını suratımıza atar gibi önümüze attı ve yine çekip arka odaya gitti.
Şimdi durumu değerlendirmek gerekirse;
1- Bu kadına karşı en küçük bir nezaketsiz hareketimiz olmadığı halde bize karşı oluşturduğu tavır ve küstahlık asla kabul edilemez.
2- Otele giriş saatinin 15:00 olduğunu bizde biliyoruz, ancak hele ki bu otelde defalarca çok önceden check in yapıldığını eğer müsaitlik var ise bunun müşteri lehine değerlendirildiğine defalarca tanık olmuştuk. Sadece böyle bir imkanın olup olmadığı sormak istemiştik. Bize nazik bir şekilde, odanın hazır olmadığının söylenmesi yeterli idi.
3- Otel yönetiminin 28.06.2026 tarihli otelin saat 14:30 itibarı ile doluluk durumunu kontrol etmesini rica ediyorum. Zira kaldığımız sürece otelde kimseleri görmedik, otelin büyük oranda boş olduğu rahatlıkla anlaşılıyordu.
4-Bahse konu personelin arka odada yoğun bir şekilde bilgisayar başındaki agresif hareketlerinden işin içinde başka nedenlerin olduğu rahatlıkla anlaşılıyordu.
5- Henüz üç gün önce yani 25 haziran tarihinde de bu otelde konakladık ve personel mükemmeldi, yorumlarımda bunu da belirtmiştim.
6-Oteliniz böylesi küstah ve sevimsiz bir personeli kesinlikle hakketmiyor.

Bij het ontbijt waren er ook roereieren, zeer goed, maar er was geen ontbijtspek om er bij te eten.

Beddengoed was niet helemaal schoon.

Unfortunately, the parking lot is quite far from the hotel to go to it with things... we were also not happy that we booked a room with one bed, but when we checked in, we saw two double beds standing next to each other in the room, and apparently it was one "big bed"...

I arrived earlier than 15:00 but I’ve told room is ready so I will be able to check in. Great start. Unfortunately they had some problems with the system and she couldn’t see my reservation (I’m assuming own reservation system) and we need to wait for the confirmation coming. I showed them confirmation email and she confirmed she see this reservation on their booking account but can’t see reservation status in their system. Still confused I asked to speak with the manager. She came I told story and even told her, maybe you as a manager can you create a new reservation in your system and if the reservation from booking arrive just ignore / cancel. Yeah I could do that but then I HAVE to make a reservation, then I HAVE to cancel the other one… can you wait another 15mins? Well I thought that the job of the receptionist to make / cancel / change the reservation but ok. Afer 15min I asked again and again she said wait another 15min. At that point I knew she is lazy (or untrained) but why she is treating me as an idiot. I (STILL KINDLY) asked her to make / cancel bla bla. If you will not wait another 15mins I WILL MAKE YOU WAIT TILL THE CHECK IN TIME 15:00 But wasn’t you confirming my room is ready and I am able to check in? Yeah but yeah but I can do that. I was speechless and had no other explanation, room quality and cleanliness confirmed that this hotel should improve not only standard of the room. But, every one can give it a try. I will pass. Very unlikely I will be staying there again.
