Fantastic boutique hotel experience. Adele was an extremely friendly host who met us in the small square area and helped bring our bags to the hotel. Since our room was ready, we were allowed to check in early. The room we stayed in was spacious with high ceilings and perfect for our family of 4 as we had a double bed and two single beds for the kids. The view from the hotel is amazing and there is plenty of outdoor terrace space to lounge during the day and enjoy the sun. Perfect location as you are minutes from all the shops and restaurants that imerovigli has and a 20-30 minute walk along the coast to the main shopping in Fira. I would definitely stay here again and would be great with a group of friends or family as the 8 room hotel could accommodate 20 plus people.

The best word to describe this place is Wow!!! We absolutely loved this place - the views were amazing, the room was lovely & clean, the breakfast served by the sweet gal Anise, and best of all were the propert manager Antonio and guest manager Adele! The two of them went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this place & hope we can come back again some day. Antonios and Adele are just amazing hosts. Always going out of their way to make our stay the best ever & giving us greatest tips to really get to know this singular and spectacular Greek island. This superb B&B has the most stunning and fantastic views of the Santorini crater, set in the best village of the island. We highly recommend this 5 star place!

Adele, Anthony, Enisa and all the staff are amazing people who go above and beyond to warmly welcome you and ensure you have the best experience possible. The caldera view from the common area patio is absolutely breathtaking, and the large, inviting pool is perfect for relaxation. With only 8 suites, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere and keeps the common areas uncrowded. The a la carte breakfast offers delicious local pastries that are a perfect start to the day. Its central location between Oia and Fira provides easy access to both towns, along with several great nearby restaurants. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

El hotel es muy bonito, con todo el estilo de la isla, todo limpio y en excelente estado, la vista es hermosa, se puede llegar caminando a Fira y disfrutar de las vistas en el trayecto.

Anthony y su staff son las personas mas amables, nos trataron increiblemente bien. Anthony nos dio tips y un mapa para visitar los lugares iconicos, donde comer, donde comprar, etc.

El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente y muy rico, sin duda volveriamos a este lugar

Our experience here was amazing! The view outside the property was incredible, the villa we stayed in was quaint and elegant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Adele gave us her number on WhatsApp to give us recommendations on places to go and for help in a pinch. We couldn't have been more happy with our experience here and hope to come back again in the future.

Amazing views!!! Located at perfect spot for everything since it’s in the middle of two great popular places like oia and fira. Friendly and helpful staffs who goes above and beyond their hospitality, and shopping and walking is perfect, there are dining around the area and small markets for hygiene and food takeaway, Perfect and comfortable room, cleaned daily and replenishes hygiene daily and have. free good breakfast! it is a very safe place and quite for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Be respectful and mindful around the surrounding and everything will be fine. Have fun and do greetings!

An amazing Santorini experience! Anthony and Adele are the best! They took the time to give us tips on best places to visit, dine and wine. They helped us coordinate the rental car as well. Breakfast was simple but delicious- Adele’s greek coffee is the best. The hotel location is perfect and the view stunning!!! We can’t wait to be back!

Firstly, the staff was amazing, Adele and Anthony is a gem, they help us with everything from tours, to directions, transport etc. The place was clean and the view waa everything. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The property and staff are completely amazing! The view from the deck and pool area was the most incredible view I have ever experienced! The rooms were beautiful with unique and fun layouts.
The true difference between this property and other properties is the staff! They created an unforgettable experience for my family. From Anthony the owner, to Dashe the cleaning lady, George and Drossos at the desk…they were amazing. Our day would start out with breakfast with the view, served by Enisa who was incredibly nice and pleasant! When we weren’t seeing other parts of the island, afternoons were often spent by the pool with the amazing and super fun Mariano! And a huge thank you to Adele for planning our excursions…everything was perfectly planned…Sunset boat cruise, dinners, beach club, hikes…Adele’s concierge skills are 2nd to none and made this an unforgettable vacation!
I can’t thank you all enough and we hope to visit again!

Book this hotel! Exceeded our expectation, and was the best hotel we stayed in during our Europe trip. View of Caldera, top-notch staff, and so close to dining options, and transportation are a few of the reasons we enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast was served either in your room or on the beautiful terrace overlooking the aqua blue caldera. It is located on top of the ridge so you don’t have tourist waking right by your pool. The staff sat down with you and listed on a map all the amazing things to do. They also were wiling to arrange anything for you. Large room, comfortable bed and lovely furnishings in the room allowed for an amazing stay.

The property is the best! We explored the area and loved how close we were to things but always felt happy to return to our hotel after our days of exploring. The views are incredible and the staff were so helpful and amazing. Couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience! Exceeded our expectations for sure!
