Amazing service, great location, clean, nice & comfortable room!

Room overlooked the interior of a hall. Light night and day. No blackout curtain. No fresh air.

Perfect location to Crocus City Hall for the concert, excellent room service and 24 hours cafe. I wishing to have a cattle in the room only. But it was possible to order a pot of nice fruit tea.

Very nice hotel, good location, near metro station, big and clean room, good furniture, clean and big bathroom, nice view on Moscow river, internet is good, food was delicious, nearhotel is big shopping mall, the rooms were a bit cold at night, but everything was OK, a place for every recommendation.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. At the reception, two towels were pushed under my nose, indicated that they were from my room. They said that they could not cleanse them and that they are now useless. The towels are supposed to be soiled with makeup. For this I was issued an account of 2500 rubles. Therefore, dear travelers, if you are going to this hotel, watch how you wash.

Отель расположен в комплексе зданий Крокус-Экспо - можно не выходить на улицу вообще несколько дней, перемещаясь по галереям и переходам. Отель чистый, персонал приветливый, комната могла бы быть и поудобнее - кресло и телевизор побольше были бы не лишними. Было жарковато, зима - но сделать отопление не столь сильным не удалось. Завтрак хороший./ Hotel is located insode Crocus Expo set of buildings - you can walk across halls and galleries not showing up outside at all for days. Hotel is clean, personnel is good; the room might be better - an arm-chair would be nice to have as well as bigger TV... It was a bit hot in the room, I did not manage to reduce heating. Breakfast was great.

In the rooms are normal and clean.

the breakfast is wonderfull, the people who works are fantastic.
the location is not goos if you are looking for a hotel in a turistc area i was there just for work in the krokus hall if this was not the reason i nevr choose this hotel

Camere spaziose, poco insonorizzate, sprovviste di frigorifero. Hotel molto comodo per chi deve frequentare l ente fiera, servito da metropolitana diretta in piazza Rossa, tempo 40 minuti.
Il complesso vegas, adiacente all albergo, dispone di una vasta gamma di ristoranti di ogni genere, negozi, cambio valuta...ottimo per passare la serata

Good breckfast,near at the Metro and markets,near at the rxibition hall.

My parents stayed one night this week and were really pleased, given the proximity to the Crocus Hall. Room was comfortable, clean and staff were friendly. Overall they had a good experience for the price they paid

Das Hotel befindet sich ausserhalb von Moskau am Rande des MKAD. Mit der Metro sind es ca. 50 Minuten zum Zentrum.
Die Lage zum Crocus City Center mit dem anliegenden Messegelände macht es für Messereisende interessant.
Das Einkaufscenter ist überdacht erreichbar. Für Touristen ist das Hotel wenige geeignet da kaum nenneswerte Lokalitäten in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden sind.
Die Zimmer sind in 2 Grundkategorien unterteilt. Der Mehrpreis für die Kategorie mit Flußblick sollte man wählen da zumindest hier ein Fenster vorhanden ist. Die günstigere Kategorie schaut in irgendwelche Hallen ohne Tageslicht.
Die Wände sind aus Papier und zu hellhörig.

This is my second stay at the Aquarium Hotel. This is the best hotel to stay in if you are attending a trade show at the adjacent Expo Hall. With the Vegas mall attached to this center you have plenty of shopping and places to eat. It doesn't have the nicest rooms but it's many conveniences make it worth staying here.

After reading some pretty dismal ratings on this hotel, I booked a room and stayed here for a trade show I was in.

I thought it was much better than the ratings showed. My room was quiet, but I had a suite on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. I had a very peaceful sleep each night, but I have to admit, its the first time I have ever seen a set of ear plugs in the closet. I had a room in China once with a gas mask in the room.

The bed was comfortable and housekeeping did a great job. The morning breakfast was a typical European style with a good selection. Evening meals where fine. Its a simple dining room in the lobby area, so if you're wanting a dinner club atmosphere - it isn't here. As for the internet connection. Other reviews are spot on - it was awful. The KGB had the best signal strength.

I found the staff to be efficient. Not great on English, but I managed to get everything I needed without any problems.

The hotel is located in the north corner. The building is huge and comparable to the convention center in Las Vegas - so take some comfortable shoes because you will do some walking. Train station is inside and a mall at the opposite end - all inside so no need to go out in the cold. There are a few coffee shops and they have a very good menu selection and there is a place to get burgers and another for chicken. I ate at the places outside the hotel most of the time.

The mall at the other end is huge and has plenty of good spots to eat on the 3rd floor. I found the sushi bar - of course.

Overall, it was not a bad experience and not at all what I expected from some of the awful reviews I read. I booked this room just for 4 nights before I transferred to another property closer to the Red Square.

Airport transfer from DME to the hotel was the worst. Expect to be mobbed by people claiming to be a Taxi. Go down stairs to get your cab. They wanted 8000 ruble, but ended up at 4500 Ruble for my taxi. A friend got his for 850. Very much like China - a bunch of liars that are out to screw the tourists. If you don't speak Russian, you will find this the most frustrating experience. Next time I will be ready.

Hotel all'interno del polo fieristico Crocus Expo; l'albergo e' molto grande con varie tipologie di camere; la colazione e' abbondante. Il ristorante di media qualità ma vicino all'hotel e collegato da un tunnel in 10 minuti si arriva in uno spettacolare centro commerciale dove si trova di tutto: ristoranti, bar, pista pattinaggio sul ghiaccio (al chiuso), bowling, numerosi negozi e cinema.
