Great location, moldy shower
Pros:

The location is amazing. We had a balcony overlooking the harbor. The hotel is only a couple blocks from the port.

Cons:

The bathroom was dark and dirty. The toilet seat was broken, but the worst part was that the shower was so full of black mold, it was not possible to use it. The shower head itself was covered in sediment. The actual room and the location were good but the filthy bathroom really affected our experience.

Que la persona de recepción a penas apareció por ahí, yo mismo tuve que coger la tarjeta que abre la puerta de la habitación del mostrador. Me pareció impersonal.

Pros:

Πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο. Για να φτάσεις έχει ανηφόρα και σκαλιά. Το δωμάτιο με το που ανοίξαμε την πόρτα μύριζε τόσο ωραία, όλα πεντακάθαρα, άνετο δωμάτιο, φανταστική θέα στη θάλασσα και το Γαλατα. Το δωμάτιό μας είχε και μπαλκόνι με τραπεζάκι και καρέκλες. Πρωινό δεν είχε λόγω χειμερινής περιόδου, αλλά δε μας ενόχλησε. Κατεβήκαμε στο λιμάνι και βρήκαμε μαγαζιά για καφέ και πρωινό.
Η κοπέλα που μίλησα για το δωμάτιο ειναι εξαιρετική, ευγενική και κατατοπιστικη. Θα ξανά μέναμε με κλειστά μάτια σ αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!

Es war eine sehr familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre, wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen, alle waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wunderschön gerichtet an der spektakulären roof top bar, welche wir auch jeden Abend genossen haben. Der Blick ist spektakulär und einmalig. Die Zimmer angenehm und modern, es hat an nichts gefehlt

Close to the promenade, where the restaurants are located

Cons:

There are quite a lot of stairs leading up to the hotel- this is not mentioned on the website. We didn’t mind, but it could be challenging for older guests. Upon arrival, no one was there to greet us; we had to wait around 20 minutes, and only after making a phone call did an employee (who didn’t speak any English) come to meet us. The reception phone is practically unavailable, and overall there was no sense of proper service or staff presence

In addition, the shower was rusty, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and they refused to replace our beach towels

Tolles Hotel - wunderbare Lage - sehr nettes und höfliches Personal
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Upgrade zum Superior Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und direkten Blick in den Hafen. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und mit diesem Ausblick ein Traum. Was mich schon geärgert hat, dass auf der Booking.com Seite das Zimmer mit Frühstück angeboten war und ich es genau aus diesem Grund gebucht habe. Leider wird von Booking.com nicht drauf geachtet, das in Griechenland im Winter KEIN Frühstück angeboten wird. Es gibt im Winter das bezaubernde Zimmer und sonst nichts. Im Sommer bietet das Hotel noch viele kleine tolle Extras (was sich bestimmt lohnt). In der nähe des Hotels gibt es innerhalb von 5 min ( zu Fuß) mehrere Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken aber es ist schon eine Enttäuschung, wenn es keins gibt wo man speziell auf die Anfrage von Booking.com was einem wichtig ist schreibt "Frühstück" und dann erst vor Ort informiert wird das es keines gibt. Dieses Hotel ist zauberhaft und wenn es nicht Winter ist , hat man noch die tolle Rooftop Bar wo man Frühstücken und abends noch einen Drink nehmen kann.

Cons:

Das man vorab gesagt hat, dass Frühstück und Parkplatz wichtig ist und bis zum Tag der Anreise nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass es dies im Winter NICHT gibt.
