Multiple restaurants nearby, beautiful view of sunset, excellent staff

This is a dreamy, better than expected place with views to die for. Since I have never been to Santorini before, it represents the island perfectly while its location works for airport and port transfers. The room is clean, stylish and simply adorable

This hotel was more amazing than expected
Sofia at the front desk was fantastic. Knowledgeable, excellent communicator and ready to help in every way. No doubt her assistance made our stay wonderful.
The main attraction is the incredible view, pool and lounge chairs. Easy walk to restaurants.

I don't like writing 1 star reviews but this needs to be shared so others don't experience the same thing.
We specifically booked this hotel for the private hot tub and caldera views. We paid a STEEP PREMIUM for this amenity.
When we arrived, the pool water was cold and when we asked the staff, they said it's like that and can't be changed. They didn't offer any other resolution other than for us to "deal with it."
This was really disappointing as we only used the hot tub for 3 minutes.
A few other things to note:
- the room was not clean when we arrived. The floor was sticky everywhere.
- the bathroom tile had toothpaste stains in it.
- the shower had clumps of hair.
- the bedsheets and pillowcases had makeup stains, other orange color stains, and what looked like dirt. The housekeeper didn't bother to change them but just rearranged them.
- the towels smelled like cigarettes.
- the kettle had RUST INSIDE.
- not a big deal but the windows weren't cleaned and it didn't give the views justice. This was yet another example of how run down and not well kept this property was.
When we reached out midway through our stay to see what options were available, they simply said that we had no options and no compensation was warranted. We shared pictures of the window, the sheets, and the kettle.
It feels like they simply don't care about the quality of your stay. They just want your money. Bare bones basic hotel with poor service.
This is a 2-star hotel on its best days.
A beautiful place to stay! It is as amazing. Rooms very clean, staff friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and view
Gorgeous sunset views. Breakfast definitely not very good, always something missing and poor quality, poor choices. Would expect a lot better for the price. Rooms ok but tired. Jacuzzi had brown marks all over the paint. Staff ok but no one gave amazing service except our maid who did exceptional clean every day. Spend your money elsewhere in Imerovigli if you want a true 5* experience. This was more like a 2* in our opinion. We will try somewhere else next time.
Stayed in Moonlit suite.
Pros - great view, quiet area, room is generally nice, good service, prompt airport pick up, comfortable bed, clean, good location.
Cons- advertised as “adults only” but a couple was staying there with a toddler who disturbed the peace at the pool several times (this was very annoying), room looked like it had mold on walls in bathroom, breakfast was not good and not what I ordered (other people also mentioned this and I found those reviews to be accurate), patio furniture on our deck could be replaced.. old looking.
Our room did have a nice jacuzzi but the water was too cold for me so I didn’t get to try it.

10/10! Stayed in the Moonlit suite which we was super happy about. Had our own private hot tub on the balcony and was more secluded than the other suites they had to offer. Will definitely be booking again
This property has a great view of the Caldera & sunset right in front of us. Service was excellent. They brought our luggage several steps down to our room and up the steps when we left. They hired luxury vans to transport us from the Port to the hotel & from the hotel to the airport. They served great food for bkfst. Room was very clean, upgraded, nicely tiled bathroom. Quiet area.
