Yllättävän nykyaikainen sisustus. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Nuoret tarjoilijat olivat aina iloisia ja hymyileviä.

Cons:

Hotellissa oli jalkapallo joukkueita yöpymässä koska oli joku turnaus. He melusivat ja paiskoivat ovia niin ettei saanut nukuttua kunnolla koko yötä. Välillä ei oltu siivottu lattioita huoneissa kunnolla. Muuten oli kyllä siistiä. Lisävuode oli erittäin kova ja kuului kova narina kun siitä nousi ylös. Sänky korjattava tai kaatopaikalle.

Blonde dame in de eetzaal werkt daar precies tegen haar zin. Het viel heel hard op. En doet zo een hotel van waarde zakken. Jonger personeel was vriendelijk.

Wonderful stay - we loved everything!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and perfectly located. Breakfast was excellent - there’s something for everyone. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We asked for a quiet room, and the hotel kindly fulfilled our request. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, with very cozy beds. The hotel has a calm, intimate atmosphere and a great pool with plenty of activities. We’ll definitely come back!

Pros:

Booked a “Superior” room and they gave us a broom closet. We were supposed to have twin beds, but they gave us a king. Housekeeping then converted it into two twin beds pressed up against one another. Not like the photos at all (or my prior stay at the hotel). When I mentioned this, reception gave me he key to a larger room to look at. It was in line with the hotel photos, but the safe in this room was tiny and could not hold my valuables (the safe in the first room could). When I mentioned this, no further alternatives were offered so we chose the broom closet (and they charged me to use the safe). 12 tv channels worked, but 10 were in German (they offer 40 channels—this has nothing to do with the channels they tell you in advance they can’t get, these are the ones they offer but weren’t working). There is no maintenance person or manager before 9 or after 5. Bathroom was more of a wet room. Water temperature and pressure were inconsistent during the same shower. No working space in the bedroom or bathroom. Breakfast was disorganized and two of the breakfast ladies were unprofessional and irritating. Asked reception for a North American adapter. They gave me one for the UK. Asked again and they said they didn’t have one (that’s after two trips to reception). Receptionist was clueless when asked for a beach bed or restaurant recommendation. A very disappointing and uncomfortable two days. Will not return. Ever. Will never recommend.

Sijainti hyvä vanhakaupunki kävelymatkan päässä. Autollakin löytyi parkkipaikka.
Huoneet siistit ja rauhalliset. Tervetuliais viinipullo oli kiva yllätys.

Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, 15 minuti di passeggiata al centro storico di Rethymno e 2 minuti dalla spiaggia. Buona colazione e cena a buffet abbastanza varia: gradevole poter mangiare all'esterno, sulla terrazza affacciata sulla piscina. Belle camere, dotate di tutti i confort.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber. Die Lage günstig, in 5 min. Am Strand, dort viele Restaurants. Etwa 20 min. In die Altstadt.

Cons:

Mein gebuchtens Zimmer, was wegen Balkon zum Pool raus teurer war, war vergeben. Deswegen bekamen wir ein "upgrade" im obersten Stock, super heiß, Balkon zur Hauptstraße raus, und vom Aufzug Dauerlärm. Deswegen haben dann ein downgrade akzeptiert mit winzigem Bad. Bis 1 Uhr nachts laute Musik von der Bar, wie in einem Party Hotel.
Das Essen im Restaurant war schlecht. Das Frühstück sehr eintönig, als Vegetarier muss man sich mit einer Sorte Scheibenkäse zufrieden geben. Die Qualität der Sachen waren für den Preis nicht gut. Insgesamt für diesen Preis also inadäquat, sonst wäre es schon o.k. gewesen.
