Essential but disappointed

Parking charges not disclosed
Drinks charged to room at almost three times stated amount. 4.00 instead of quoted 1.50
Booked accessible room. Bed not accessible way too high . Required maintenance staff deconstruction of bed and box spring mattress piled on floor just to accomodate .
Hotel guest kids running wild in hotel noise Well into night with playing in floor hallways.

I would happily stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent experience.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better. The small issue was lack of parking. But certainly not a big deal.

Amazing experience
Pros:

We had stayed at the hotel with a hockey team for a tournament in Kingston and there was a mix up and the hotel called and went over and above to ensure we had a room and didnt lose our reservation. Owen from group sales was professional and very helpful.
Thank you for making this experience great for us and the team.

Pros:

Nice breakfast, comfortable room, pool was good. The beds were comfortable. The location is not really interesting but it's a good value for the money and once inside the hotel it's no big deal
