Pros:

Room was exceptionally clean. Very quiet. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

I would have liked a room safe. I have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Expresses in Europe; the breakfast buffet has many more options and better quality food and coffee. I did not like the plastic utensils and paper plates.

Pros:

Good location right next to a shopping plaza and very close to the highway. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Had to call housekeeping to change the sheets as soon as we checked in. Bathroom has was also not clean and had what looked like mold around the tub.

Clim un peu bruyante mais il semble que cela soit courant au Québec

Pros:

My kids enjoyed the pool and we liked the flexibility of the 10pm closure so they could go for a swim after dinner. The breakfast was also really solid.

Cons:

The pull out bed was really uncomfortable. It was lumpy and creaked constantly. My kids who slept in it had trouble sleeping and they can sleep anywhere.
