A good hotel and excellent service by Oscar at reception .
Stayed 10 days without any major problems other then waiting for shampoo and body wash for two days. However it was solved immediately by Oscar with his kindness and big smile at all times by providing shampoo tubes or answering any other questions .
The rooms are big and cleaned well every second day.
The breakfast is good as well as the serving staff .
Lots of parking spaces.
The only con we can mention this time is their parking fee for 27 usd plus tax for the first 5 days where we had never paid for parking before during our 3 or 4 previous stays. Otherwise, highly recommended !

Las instalacion3s están muy bien. Aunque faltaría equipadas con mas cubiertos, estan remodeladas a nuevo y son muy espaciosas. El personal es super atento. Especialmente Oskar y valeria quienes me asistieron y ayudaron a resolver mi tema.

The staff was friendly.
We didn’t like that we could not watch the tv from our bed. The way the tv was set up you had to sit at the table or desk to watch it and also the phone in the room did not work. The halls and elevator were extremely hot!!! No a/c on at all and the breakfast was not what we were expecting.
So good is a pool a mael you can breakfast and is a perfect place to be with your family

Está ok que limpien día por medio pero deberían avisar.
Gostei muito da distribuição e do conforto do quarto. Cozinha completa para fazer as refeições.

Stayed for one night, did not find anything major to complain about.
Ocorreu o cancelamento de nossa reserva antes do horário combinado. O que constava na reserva era a possibilidade de chegar entre as 16 horas e 23 horas. Ficamos na rua e tivemos que de última hora procurar uma opção.
I received an additional invoice for parking. It is unbelievable
The room was horrible, the door locked but didn’t fully close. I showed the picture to the front desk agent told her this is a security issue as my room was at the end of the hall next to the exit door. I had a baby lizard and ants in the rooms I sent a message to have my room cleaned in the morning and didn’t receive a response u til night shift came in and was told too late. Breakfast was not good (eggs looked like left overs). The internet was horrible it kept kicking you off. I had to take the calls outside or in the hallway. Very frustrating. Walking down the halls it was no air; I passed a thermometer it said 80 degrees. After taking a like warm shower the fire alarm went off and the maintenance guy said it happens due to steam. Again the water was lukewarm not steaming hot. The location is probably the best part the proximity to shopping, dining and attractions is good. There was also a very large raccoon who stared me down from the trash bins

the pool needs cleaning
The service is horrible. The staff doesn't honor the customer request. The A/C was not working properly we asked them to send someone to check it no one came.
The room doesn't clean every day it's every other day. We have requested for clean towels and no one came to bring them to the room. We went downstairs to the front desk five times to request the same thing over. We asked for a supervisor the front desk said no one is available until the week day. I will not recommend anyone to choose this hotel.
