Pros:

Location was great, facilities were good too. The staff was very flexible in giving us options to move our booking when our flight got delayed for multiple days. The location and the perk of the hotel being a Disney Good Neighbor were also great, a good indicator of quality

Cons:

The windows could not open in the room which made it smell stale after a couple of days, even with the A/C running. We only had 2 towels provided in the room which got changed every 2 days, we asked for some more towels but only got those 5 days later. The soap also ran out and did not get changed in 5 days. The toilet paper roll ran out on the second to last day and did not get replaced in the last cycle either. All in all we weren't very happy with the cleaning services provided, even after making this clear to the staff.

Says “Newly Renovated” shower tube is like 20 years old crack on the tube floor in bathroom is raised due to water ceiling fan makes noise (old). Not sure exactly what they renovated in this hotel

Diamond stay with modern rooms fun social hour and delicious brekky
Pros:

First impressions were pretty poor due to the lady who 'greeted' us on the front desk barley muttering two words and not wanting to escape the desk quick enough (there was a sign on there saying she'd stepped away so unsure if she'd been taking a break and wasn't quite awake yet).
However the room itself was beautiful. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite due to being a diamond which was greatly appreciated although we werr also charged for this which the check out staff kindly organised a refund for. The room was Modern, clean and spacious however there was no dishwashing tablets or liquid for the machine so we couldn't wash our dishes. The Social on Weds was fantastic! Beers and wine available with some salad and sweets (embassy suites could really learn from you!). Apart from the check in lady all staff were wonderful, kind and always wanting to help. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with staff restocking and tidying going a great job! We will without a doubt be back especially on a weds for to the social. Thank you

The shower water was only warm, and we were told this was due to the hotel being crowded. Housekeeping did not come for the first two days but improved afterward. While the front desk staff were helpful, we were not satisfied with the room condition.
