Pros:

Jättebra & mysigt

Cons:

Rummet var under all kritik.. Betala över 3000:- för en natt & inte ens kunna lägga ner väskan på golvet. Tanken med badkaret 30 cm från sängen var också ganska oskön…😅 Så nej, inte ett rum att rekommendera…

Pros:

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral, alles in Gehdistanz möglich, wenn man gerne etwas spaziert. Shopping und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren nahe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hunde sind auch sehr willkommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Stockholm sind.

Cons:

Es hat keine Parkplätze jedoch nahe ein Parkhaus, welches jedoch nicht ganz günstig ist, aber bei dieser Lage, denke ich ganz normal für die Innenstadt.

Rebooked into a single room with my pregnant wife
Pros:

They rebooked us into a single room, myself and my pregnant wife. Had to walk through Stockholm to find a new hotel with 2 large suitcases as more or less every single hotel was sold out.

Hotel has no AC - avoid during summer
Pros:

No AC on the hotel. Summer in Stockholm can be warm so please avoid this hotel during the warmer months. Staff is great and breakfast is good.

Normally very satisfied with Story but not this time...
Pros:

I have used Story hotel a lot but this time it did not meet my expectations. Our room was in 2nd floor and the street is noisy. So it is good to try to get room higher floors. Also cleaning services did not work that well for this time.

the room was so small
the door was opening outside to the corridor (this is the first time i saw something like this in my life), I hit a persons face because of that
the toilet was leaking water
no ventilation system
so much noise coming from the outside

L’emplacement, la déco

Cons:

L’arrivée a été catastrophique : personne à l’accueil (il était 17h). Il faut appeler un numéro pour que la personne descende. Nous avons attendu plus de 10min l’arrivée de la personne, et quelle arrivée : le monsieur a été plus que désagréable. Nous avions l’impression de déranger. Il note le numéro de la chambre sans nous le dire, juste « les ascenseurs sont derrières ».
On lit donc 414 (avec beaucoup de difficulté tant c’était mal écrit). Arrivés devant la porte, ça ne fonctionne pas. On retourne à l’accueil pour demander plus d’informations : il nous crie dessus que c’est 419 et non 414, qu’il faut lire… honnêtement jamais on aurait deviné un 9… ça a rendu toute l’expérience terrible alors que les deux autres personnes, notamment lors du checkout, ont été courtoises. Mais c’est marquant !

Aussi, pas de clim dans les chambres, il faisait très chaud la nuit. Le ventilateur en plastique ne change rien

5 nights in summer
Pros:

Location was excellent with his subway station at entrance right around the corner. Food market within five minute walk.

Room cleanliness: could be improved as I saw dust in various areas in the rooms and the carpet was not vacuumed well. Hotel is located in a very busy area so you will likely have either street noise or noise from the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel. However, my room had good insulation in the windows so as long as they were closed The noise was lessened. I also used the fan because there is no true air-conditioning and I went during summer.
Staff was friendly and helpful, and as a World of Hyatt member, I was given a room upgrade and late checkout. I think the length of my stay (5 nights) contributed to this.

Front desk works hard given only one of them there at the desk per shift.

Sentralt og moderne hotell.
Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhet, god frokost og stort rom.

Cons:

Veldig lytt, hørte gjestene i etasjen over og ved siden av. Vi hadde også rom ut mot bakgården hvor det kunne bli en del støy på kveldstid.
