Would never recommend anyone for this place.
Pros:

The location is handy as train stations is nearby as well as it’s near all touristy places.

Cons:

We stayed there for 3 nights yet room service was not provided. The breakfast was included in our stay but every morning breakfast use to finish and the staff was unable to fill the breakfast items. It seemed to be all unorganised every single morning.

That it is close to downtown Chicago and I got to have a free drink for first time guest.

Cons:

That guests are expected to bring their own toothpaste and body lotion. The reason given was that a new law is passed on sustainability. But I am told that I can buy toothpaste at the hotel. Isn't that sounding really bad on the hotel - that I can only buy what the new law says they can not give anymore for such a high end hotel? Anyway, I think they should put toothpaste and body lotion in similar big container by the sink in the bathroom, like the shampoo and body wash that are placed in the shower, in that way you give value to clients without stress.

Nice staff were the highlight. Value for money equation (at least for my stay) didn’t quite make sense.

It’s tired. Value for money was not good. Limited flexibility to arrange late check out. Charged for bag storage in their storage room

Greta location, friendly staff, easy to get around and navigate near the hotel. The location was superb.

I was placed in a physically challenged room. The bathroom shower had water on the floor when I showered. The first breakfast was interesting as they ran out of paper plates. We had to eat outbid bowls

Manager Joe vergiler dahil değildir diye iddia ediyor ve tekrar tekrar çekimin std uygulama olduğunu geri iade olacağını söylüyor. Niye kredi kartımdan bu miktarları bloke ettiniz?Booking ise tamamını ödediniz diyor. Anlayacağınız dikkat edin ve mutlaka kredi kartınızın çekimlerini kontrol edin. İnanılır gibi değil. Geri ödemelerini bekliyoruz.

Comfortable stay…Not great on the view.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. The location was not so good. The view was the tall office building right across the street. I probably won’t book downtown again. But overall, it was good.
