Lovely friendly hotel.
Pros:

Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Please very clean and comfortable especially the beds. Breakfast was a good selection. Good location.

Pros:

location was great, staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Using the room key for the elevator is an added security benefit.

Cons:

showerhead could use work, lots of yelling in the hallways late at night (i understand that is hard to enforce). The breakfast was the weakest link in the experience: the food was simply not enjoyable.

I try another hotel next time
Pros:

location is good

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Besides the yoghurt and apples, everything else was high-fat items. The personell at the counter was totally not-service oriented. They were just doing the minimum for their duties.

It was ok for our stay we were gone all day.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best part. Good variety. Jane was working 2 mornings and she was amazing. Very helpful and made sure all was good.

Cons:

The rooms need an upgrade. TV selections were minimal - only one small trashcan in the bathroom makes no sense. The rooms seemed bare minimum
