Localização. Café da manhã bom

Cons:

Não houve limpeza do quarto, quarto pequeno. A falta do ar condicionado é um ponto negativo.

Buen hotel en el centro de Inverness
Pros:

El hotel es muy céntrico, a dos minutos a pie de la estación de tren y de autobuses, y en plenocentr turístico, no obstante es tranquilo. La habitación era amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

En general todo estuvo bien.

Will definitely make a return visit
Pros:

Handy location.
Lobby & Reception area is lovely.
It’s obvious the hotel has been recently refurbished.
Room was a good size, well decorated and very clean.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Only downside was noise from other guests.
Doors slamming closed and loud voices in hallway.
But this happens everywhere and is not a reflection on the hotel.

Pros:

The location was extremely handy for us due to have excursions booked. We loved how close it was for those locations and to the town centre should you need any amenities or to go to restaurants. The beds were lovely and comfortable and liked the choice of either the rainfall shower or handheld. Due to staying for as many nights, we were told we’d need to inform reception the night before or we wanted our room to be cleaned which we did and it everything had been changed and replenished when we got back in the next evening. Should we know of anyone wanting to come to Inverness we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Cons:

Needs more hooks or something to hang up wet towels and for coats as we had to use the chair to dry them off after being in the shower and the other for the coats. This is just preference and extremely picky but neither of us liked the smell of the hand wash so went out and bought our own

Frühstücksbuffet gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Strassenlärm in der Nacht.
Vom Badezimmer her drang ein Gestank ins Zimmer (von den Abflüssen der Dusche/des Lavabos).
