It was good
Pros:

The lobby looked nice. Staff was ok but I wasn´t welcomed in the best way. The lady complained how early I arrived and I knew I need to leave my baggs and check in later but her attitude was not welcoming at all. Breakfast was fine. One of the days they had an issue with the chef and only simple stuff were served.

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean properly. staff was ok but not the best attitude and service. It can improve. You need to find solutions with issues such as chef absense, etc.

Pros:

The location was really great. Minutes away from the Bus station and the Railway station. Plenty of restaurants around as well as things of interest. Theres a Coop just 3 minutes around the corner for meal deals as well. Breakfast in the hotel was for 10 pounds and really good too.

Cons:

Not all the facilities were provided as I would expect in a hotel but this was a minimal issue.

Pros:

Stayed here on a number of visits. Clean, comfortable room with good shower. Dogs made to feel welcome. Good location in the centre of Inverness.

Cons:

The bar was closed at 10 pm to clean the beer lines when there were customers still using the bar.. Staff (thanks, Chris) wouldn't even serve wine or any other drinks during this time. Don't know why this couldn't have been done next day when there were no customers.
The hotel is dog friendly, so you would think they would understand that it's probably better to have a lid on the jar of treats at Reception so that dogs can't knock over the jar and hoover up half the contents. Also maybe guests should be advised not to leave their discarded takeaway rubbish outside the room door - fair game for the same dogs to hoover up leftover pizza and chips. And £20 per dog per night is really not good value - even with the free treats and leftover takeaway.

Pros:

Excelente localização, a 5 minutos da estação de autocarros de Inverness, e a 10 do centro da cidade.
Quarto confortável, com temperatura bastante agradável.
Limpeza perfeita
Decoração e ambiente, moderno, e quando se entra, cheira maravilhosamente.

Cons:

O bar, devia de ter opções de refeições ligeiras, ou saladas.
O pequeno almoço, tinha pouca oferta de pães e alguns itens, como por exemplo, mel...mas no geral foi um bom pequeno almoço.

Hotel molto vicino al centro e bar aperto 24h/24 con possibilità di giocare a biliardo

Cons:

Niente di tipico scozzese dentro al hotel, potresti essere ovunque. Bar ha chiuso per 1 ora, per giuste pulizie, ma senza avviso della parte dello staff. Avrebbero potuto chiedere se volevamo bere qualcosa prima di chiudere.

A decent place to stay good value clean add comfortable and a perfect location for us.
Pros:

Location was great, comfortable and clean rooms. Nice staff

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but bain Marie's need looking at as some dishes were nearly cold. When we arrived we found out it was inverness cocktail week. We asked for a cocktail but we were not permitted one as we didn't have a wristband staff didn't seem to know where to get one. They said we could buy another drink but no cocktails seemed strange to us as we were staying in the hotel

Excellent central location, ideal for the bus and train station. Close to the shopping centre. Rooms are ideal for a overnight stay. Easy check in.
