We came for one night and decided to stay two. Very enjoyable couple of nights.
Pros:

We never had breakfast as we are not great eaters in the morning. The location is ideal for anything in the city centre. A stones throw to the train and bus stations. Lots of places to eat and pubs more or less on the hotel doorstep.

Cons:

Only problem we had was the shower room light would not go on. This was fixed promptly. Hats off to the staff for their super-quick response.

Good option for Inverness
Pros:

Hotel is clean, well located (we did everything by foot), and with great space.
We were 2 and we had no issues with leaving our luggages and still be able to walk around the bedroom.
Bathroom also had a good size
Breakfast was ok, standard hotel.

Cons:

The scent they put at the entrance, I don’t know how the receptionists can work with that full time.
There could be a small fridge in the bedroom, we brought some leftovers and we didn’t have a place to store.

Enjoyed our stay, very good location and helpful staff
Pros:

Good room size, very clean, and a window that could be opened. Also the heating was easy to control.

Cons:

Although we said we didn't need room service while we were there, the day before we left someone came in and changed all the towels and I don't know if they changed the bedding but it was made up like it had been.

Minunat!
Pros:

O camera frumoasa, curata, mare, aproape de centru, autogara, tren astfel ca deplasarile catre zonele de explorare se efectueaza usor. Receptie 24 ore. Cafetiera cu ceai, cafea, zahar, indulcitor, lapte. Am apreciat foarte mult. Totul a fost ok.
