Good location and nice room
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful and location is central.

Cons:

Our toilet wasn’t flushing so we raised the issue with staff and were informed it’d be looked at. It was not looked into until we informed them of the issue again and they were very helpful and switched our room

Nice Hotel In The Center Of Inverness
Pros:

It is centrally located, a few blocks from Inverness Station. It was very clean and quiet at night (my room seemed to face the back). They had breakfast and it was good. The staff was very friendly. It is very close to restaurants and all the city sights. Very satisfied.

Pros:

Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent, rooms clean and and smart.

Cons:

Lift was out of order a length of time during our stay and plates didn't always appear fully clean at breakfast time.

Cons:

Al subir en el ascensor luego del check-in quedamos atrapados en el mismo 4 personas con sus respectivos equipajes. Una hora dentro del mismo hasta que los bomberos nos rescataron . Uno entiende que fue un accidente, pero cuando el propio gerente te informa que el ascensor había sufrido desperfectos en la a mañana y habia sido reparado estamos en problemas. Y mucho más cuando nos enteramos que el técnico al repararlo había anulado el sistema de subir y y bajarlo manualmente 😱. Son cosas que no deberían pasar. Los funcionarios y los bomberos tuvieron una actitud y responsabilidad encomiable ante tan mal momento.

Sehr gutes Hotel für die Innenstadt wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön gelegen mitten in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas überschaubar, allerdings war der Preis hierfür nicht so hoch.

Okay but not somewhere I’d stay again
Pros:

Not much not hot enough and as I don’t eat bacon or sausages it was limited for choice I can’t recommend it

Cracking hotel, even better with a working lift!
Pros:

Lovely location, staff super friendly, room very nice, WiFi was good, shower nice.

Cons:

Lift was broken so climbing stairs to the 4th floor with bags to check in was tough.

Great stay
Pros:

The design and location. The bathrooms were really nice too. Newly upgraded and plenty of hot water.

The windows had to be open during the night for ventilation, which was loud
