Terrible Experience Do Not Recommend
Cons:

Upon arrival we were told that my rooms, which I had reserved 2 had been moved to a different location. I had not received any notice about these changes via email, call or text, prior to arrival. We had family that had arrived earlier to the same hotel and had checked in already. All of our plans had to be changed due to their decision to change our location. The other hotel was over 40 min away with traffic. The letter we received said we would receive a refund for at least one day for each room for our inconvenience. We NEVER received that refund. I will not be booking with Fairfield Inn and Suites ever again.

Buen hotel, funcional y agradable.
Pros:

Su ubicación y buen trato del personal. para ser un hotel de paso, es muy recomendable si necesita quedarte cerca del aeropuerto de Miami. Siempre que nuestro itinerario lo exige, nos quedamos ahí.

Cons:

Nada que mencionar, no es un hotel con lujos. Es funcional y cumple con lo que uno necesita si la estanco es cort.

Buena alternativa para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto.
Pros:

El personal súper amable y excelente ubicación. A minutos del Aeropuerto con traslado gratuito, de Coral Gables, Dolphin Mall.

Cons:

Habitaciones limpias pero estructura muy antigua. Tuvimos una pequeña filtración de agua en el frigobar y no fueron a revisar.

El desayuno cumple pero no sorprende.

I was VERY disappointed in Fairfield Inn! BEFORE I made the reservation I call Fairfield to ask if they had a shuttle to Port Miami and was told they work with a 3rd party and to call back to register when I booked - so I did just that - when I called back the lady at the desk looked up my reservation and confirmed it was there and I told her how many were in my party only to arrive in Miami and be told my reservation had been cancelled!! No fault of my own.

Truly awful beds
Pros:

The hotel location is ok and the staff was nice, but sleeping here is terrible. Loud air conditioners, worn out pillows, and quite possibly the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I barely got any sleep. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.

Karen was amazing!!!
Pros:

I excited ship with a terrible virus. I could not fly home on Friday so my husband booked Fairfield Inn and changed my flight to Saturday. Karen at the front desk (2/27/26) was so kind. She helped me get into a room early, offered me tea to take to my room and gave me an extended checkout the next day since my flight was at 4:00. She offered me takeout delivery menus and made sure I was well taken care of. Thank you Karen. Excellent employee who truly cares.

Pros:

Got to hotel and was told there was no room available for us, even though I paid in advance and called that day to confirm. We were sent to another hotel in Doral Fl. Had to walk 10 minutes to find a place to eat since there Was no restaurant at the new hotel. Very disappointing.
