Disappointed in our short stay.
Pros:

Showing its age. Problem with AC was not/could not be corrected due to age of the unit.

Cons:

AC fan extremely loud and woke us up every time it came on. Inquired about getting it repaired before the next guest used this room and was told that the ac was loud due tom age and there was no repair possible by the front desk. No shuttle service after 10PM caused a little more out-of-pocket for this stay. For trying to support the price point of a suite hotel, felt more like a motel 6 as far as service. Dose not support the price point.

With that over charge I won't stay there again and will tell my friends or relatives what happened

It was fine

Cons:

They didn't give me back the 50 dollars they charge me in case of something we might do to room but we didn't do bad to room. We were only suppose to pay 140.00 but they charged me 190.00 and the told me they would give back the 50.00 after we checked out.so I will not stay there again because of over charge

Helpful staff, good breakfast, close to airport and port

Cons:

Finding and stopping shuttle bus - confusing as 2 buses available (for hotels at South and West). Bus stop at airport chaotic, difficult to see bus and get into a position to stop it. Improved bus signage may be helpful.

Room was nice size and clean. The breakfast was good.

Shuttle service was nice.

Cons:

I was disappointed that my flight to Miami was cancelled. I paid for two nights at the hotel and only stayed for one night. Would have been nice to get a credit for one night for another time. The delay in arrival was no fault of mine.

The hotel was not in a walkable area.

一进酒店客房大门，以为走错地方，酒店正在装修，酒店没有把客人用电梯和装修需要分开，电梯脏乱不堪，有异味。电梯常常因为里面有堆满灰尘和拆除房间里的旧物，如地毯，壁纸之类的东西需要运送，我们必须等待。好在工人礼貌客气。
