Not pleasant and didn't earn Holiday Inn priority points because reservation made through Booking.co

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Construction work outside my windows, noisy from the construction, bartender fired so no bar service, no light bulbs in both night tables which had to be addressed, air conditioning had to be constantly adjusted

It is our happy place! Hated having to end our visit! Looking forward to our next time.
Pros:

We love that this hotel is close to everything, the beach, great restaurants and friends and family that we visit. The hotel itself is always clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff has always been kind, cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

There are only two things that we have mentioned that we do hope that they will fix in the upcoming renovations that they are planning to do. The first is that the toilets will be "adult" size. They are so low to the ground as if they are made for children. The second is that they put in more lighting. Even with all the lights on, it seems a bit 'dark' in the room. Other than that, the rooms are great.

Whole family enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:
