Nice hotel
Pros:

The onsite restaurant was a bonus, food was delicious. We ended up staying an extra night as we got stuck with freezing rain. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was noisy, night front desk staff was great when we called as was past midnight and there was a group that was very loud. Then next day we requested to move to another floor as the group continued being loud.

Pros:

Pool and hot tub

Cons:

The hotel was advertised as breakfast included, which was one of the reasons I picked it. When we got there, breakfast was only provided to one person out of 4. The staff advised that it's booking.com misinforming people on their site. The breakfast wasn't buffet, and not for all, I had to buy breakfast for my children, where I could have chosen another hotel that truly includes breakfast for all occupants. Very disappointing.

Showers have good pressure
Cons:

Booked a king room. Went up to room, it was two queens. Went back down to desk and was told there r no king beds in the hotel. Went to go to hot tub at 1030pm. Doors were locked and my key card was not able to unlock the door. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come up to unlock the door and was told it closes in 18 minutes.

Great place for an overnight!
Pros:

Great pool. Very nice restaurant on site.

Cons:

Pool could have more or newer furniture - the current loungers/couch are fun but not made for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. And the cushions are not comfortable once wet.
Such a nice pool area - wish it was more comfortable for all.

Also, no breakfast included in our stay.

OK, but expensive hotel and the breakfast system is very annoying

Nice enough hotel, but has some irritating features.....

Cons:

The breakfast system is very annoying, since the booking says breakfast included, but the hotel insist that this allows you only $21 dollars worth of items. A number of the items on the breakfast menu are just over $21, and they charge separately for tea / coffee / juice etc. The result is that every breakfast time, you incurr additional charges of $5 - $10 dollars - even though it is supposedly "included". My advice -don't book the breakfast with your hotel booking, since there is no advantage in doing so, and then pay as you go. It is particularly annoying since this is a very expensive hotel and they are already charging big, big money for the rooms..... In fact, my advice would be to book a different hotel.
It was November and freezing outside, but my room was 25 degrees C and I could not cool it down no matter how I adjusted the heating system.

Awesome staff, good bed and location
Pros:

Staff, Pool and bed

Cons:

Exceptionally the night we were staying it was extremely noisy with people partying on our floor almost few hours, hotel staff did intervene and shut it down but we couldn’t sleep the whole night, why positive ratings, it is because hotel decided to not charge us and for that it shows they have integrity and care for their customers

The hotel is a disservice to the Four points by Sheraton brand. Totally unacceptable standards
Pros:

Nothing. Really old and unkept. Need an overhaul.

Cons:

Cleanliness, breakfast meals, room furniture, lighting, unfriendly staff- banging on the door and shouting to do house keeping. On a particular day my room was not cleaned and no information was passed on why it was not cleaned. The place is also noisy. There is a banquet hall on the same floor where guests are staying.
