Cons:

Ich habe mich aufgrund der 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden und war am Ende leider sehr enttäuscht.

Das erste Zimmer war für mich absolut nicht akzeptabel. Es war klein, wirkte insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und im Badezimmer fielen sofort starke Kalkablagerungen sowie mehrere Stellen auf, die alles andere als hygienisch wirkten. Besonders unangenehm war außerdem der intensive Essensgeruch, der dauerhaft im Zimmer hing.

Anstatt uns wegen dieser offensichtlichen Mängel unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, sollten wir für einen Zimmerwechsel weitere 100 € bezahlen. Da wir uns in dem ersten Zimmer überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben, blieb uns letztendlich nichts anderes übrig.

Leider war auch das zweite Zimmer keine wirkliche Verbesserung. Die Flure waren extrem heiß, das Badezimmer erneut renovierungsbedürftig und die Dusche sehr unpraktisch, weil die Halterung für den Duschkopf nicht funktionierte. Hinzu kam, dass die Klimaanlage so laut war, dass erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Auch der Kühlschrank machte ständig Geräusche und musste nachts ausgeschaltet werden.

Nach drei Nächten haben wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet und sind auf eigene Kosten in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen. Das spricht vermutlich für sich.

Besonders enttäuscht hat mich der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation. Trotz der geschilderten Probleme zeigte man keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Nicht einmal die zusätzlich gezahlten 100 € für den aus meiner Sicht notwendigen Zimmerwechsel wurden erstattet.

Ich reise wirklich viel und schreibe nur selten schlechte Bewertungen. Aber hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich überhaupt nicht. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich einen deutlich besseren Zustand der Zimmer und vor allem einen kundenorientierteren Service erwartet. Ich würde dieses Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ligging en het zicht over de stad.

Cons:

Een zeer verouderd hotel. Slechte bedden,badkamer van heel lang geleden. Geen comfort. douchen lukte niet want was maar zeer triestig van water druk! Ontbijt valt wel mee. Personeel is zeer nors en onvriendelijk. Ligging hotel top! Verduistering nihil. Airco is ook wel oke. Zwembad is zeer klein en versleten.

Εξαιρετικά ικανό προσωπικό με εμπειρία και όχι τυπική και ‘κρύα ‘ συμπεριφορά . Όλοι ήταν εξαιρετικοί

Το ξενοδοχείο παρουσιάζει φωτογραφίες πολυτελών δωματίων κάτω από λογικές τιμές. Όταν όμως έρχεται η ώρα για το check in οι πελάτες καθοδηγούνται σε αρχαία δωμάτια του προηγούμενου αιώνα με φανερές ζημιές που αφορούν την έλλειψη φροντίδας από την ιδιοκτησία ( σπασμένοι σοβάδες , ξηλωμένα πατώματα και ελαττωματικές μπαταρίες μπάνιου ) . <οι φωτογραφίες είναι ενδεικτικές >.
Παρόλα αυτά σε καμία περίπτωση κανένα παράπονο από υπάλληλο ή την διεύθυνση!
