Pros:

Staff were nice, location central.

Cons:

Definitely not a 4 star.. bathrooms require serious upgrade, poor layout of bathroom.
As it was out of season no bar/ restaurant or pool area open, understandable

Issues with Cleanliness
Pros:

The breakfast had a great variety, and the location was excellent—close to shops, supermarkets, and the port. The view was lovely, and the air conditioning worked well for heating. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The bed sheets were dirty, with hairs and stains. Photos attached.

Central hotel, kind staff, old facilities, would not come back under such circumstances
Pros:

The friendliest and most professional staff I’ve ever met! Breakfast was also very rich!

Cons:

The building screams renovation! The facilities are old. We had a superior room at the 4th floor and there was a hole in the wall. It’s really a pity for a 4 star hotel

Clean Hotel, friendly staff, excellent location next to the sea and the center of the town. Very good internet connectivity.

Cons:

Although all was more or less ok,- the hotel has seen better days,- much better ones in fact. How this hotel gets its 4 stars is beyond me.
