Terrrrible
Pros:

This place was absolutely terrible. The red bedsheets made the room look like a wedding bridal suite, which felt really strange. The entire facility is very outdated. The shower head is broken and there’s nowhere to hang it properly. The air conditioner sounds like a tractor when it’s on and kept me up all night. Everything here feels old and worn out.

Cons:

The entire property needs a complete overhaul—nothing here feels salvageable.

Issues with Cleanliness
Pros:

The breakfast had a great variety, and the location was excellent—close to shops, supermarkets, and the port. The view was lovely, and the air conditioning worked well for heating. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The bed sheets were dirty, with hairs and stains. Photos attached.

The friendliest and most professional staff I’ve ever met! Breakfast was also very rich!

Cons:

The building screams renovation! The facilities are old. We had a superior room at the 4th floor and there was a hole in the wall. It’s really a pity for a 4 star hotel
