The location was an ideal one

Cons:

The staff were not coordinated. In the sense, if I asked for water to be sent up to the room, it wouldn’t come on time. I would have to call them multiple times only to hear that ‘I wasn’t aware, maybe, my colleague was the one who spoke to you.’ Then, once, I ordered a Chicken burger and got raw chicken. It was replaced but the fact that such a hotel would make a mistake like this baffled me. They dint even offer a compensation for it.

We stayed two nights at Radisson Blu Bangalore and were repeatedly disturbed by noise from the banquet below. On night one, carpenters worked through the night; multiple calls to the helpdesk produced no resolution. On night two the event ran until about 10:30 pm; staff lowered the volume after I complained in person, but noise remained loud enough to disturb our family. Several other guests reported the same issue. The hotel should have offered a room change, effective soundproofing, or compensation. The property also felt worn and poorly lit. We won’t return — avoid.

The Manager named vanaja was really kind and the room and the hotel was clean the room tiles were literally sparkling clean.
