Comfortable modern hotel, great facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

Modern hotel, the 24/7 restaurant, gym and whiskey bar were great. The staff were very friendly and upgraded our room on check-in. So many cuisines available in the restaurant. We enjoyed all of our food. Massive breakfast buffet with Indian and continental options, lots of fruit and granola too. Good location to explore Bangalore centre. The room was quiet and bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

The pool wasn’t in the best location as it was outside the restaurant. If you were to swim, it wouldn’t have been very private. It would be better to have the pool somewhere less overlooked.

Clumsy arrangements and impolite staff

Did not like the property .
No proper reception.
No proper waiting lounge .
No soap in the Bathroom.
Pillows were bad.
Shower taps are very confusing.
Some refreshments were kept on the table without any instructions.
Later at the time of billing we came to know they are chargeable and did not accept our point and made us forcefully pay.
Initially they allotted a very small dingy room and later changed to a better room after argument.
Even after taking extension of one hour during checkout they disabled the cards without notice and we had to run around .
