Great view, nice rooms, and friendly staff. Location is also quieter than central Fira. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view, very clean and spacious rooms. There are many stairs to climb. We had a great balcony. The pool is not that great and closes at 8. Wish the hotel had a bar.

The view is amazing, and the service was great. Be prepared to climb many stairs; the only downside was that the entrance to the hotel can be easy to miss.

Friendly staff and awesome views!

Cliff Side Suites have some of the best views in Santorini. They are located in a quieter area so the walkways don't get as crowded as they do lower on the mountain.

The beds are very comfortable and our suite was quite spacious. We had a shared balcony but never saw our neighbors. There is so much to do here; sharing a balcony shouldn't be a concern. And the views from our balcony were stunning. We had a sunset photo trip planned but we cancelled it since our balcony was probably as beautiful plus no crowds.

As with virtually all accommodations on the caldera there are a lot of stairs. This is the price we pay for the view. Visitors with mobility challenges shouldn't stay on the caldera. More conventional hotels downtown would be a much better option.

Also, let the guys from the hotel carry your bags from the taxi drop off location. Just call ahead and they will meet you. It makes finding the hotel easier and it will save you a lot of work wrestling roller bags over cobblestones and carrying them down stairs. We tip 5 euros (total) going down and 10 euros going up.
They sure earn it but tipping is not required.
Finally, the staff was wonderful. The Greeks take hospitality very seriously and everyone at Cliff Side Suites made sure we had the best experience possible. If we come back to Santorini we absolutely plan to stay at The Cliffside Suites again.

Cave like room

What a wonderful 10 day stay in Santorini. The view from our room was outstanding! The staff were gracious, friendly, and always so helpful. We will be back!

We highly recommend! The service and people were so fabulous, we cancelled going to another island to spend remaining part of our trip right here in Santorini.

The apartment was amazing. Location was stunning. We visited the main tourist spots while in Santorini and the apartment location was by far our favourite place - stunning views, room service with delicious food and cocktails. We hope to be back, worth the money.

Great location for the views, but the rooms were small. Be careful on the stairs, particularly when wet. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were cold so we chose the yogurt and fruit option.

My room had a balcony with the most amazing views of Santorini. And the location of the hotel was good, as it was away from the crowds, yet near enough to Fira. The breakfasts were good as well.

VERY much enjoyed our stay at Cliff Side Suites. Staff was excellent, friendly and super helpful (I.e. getting to airport). Cleaning staff was pleasant and did a great job w/the rooms. Pool staff was friendly and super helpful with drinks, towel and breakfast. There are so many hotel options in Santorini island and we would return to this hotel. Not perfect but hey that is typical of buildings in Greece :).

We booked for a superior double room but the room and service we got was not up to expectation.
We checked in early and we expected that the room was not ready and willing to come back later. The lady at the reception asked us to waited for one hour and check again, we came back and was told the room was ready but the room was a mess. The lady wolfed the house-keeping lady in front of us which is not appropriate and comfortable experience for guests coming for vacation. They asked us to wait for another 20 mins at the hotel.
The room was smaller than we expected and the facilities listed on hotels.com was not accurate at all. The tv in the room was something like a monitor screen (totally not 36 inch flat screen) and they don’t provide slippers as well. WiFi connection was not good.
We just traveled from Oia and paid a room with similar price but the service we got was genuine and friendly there. The whole stay was a disappointment at Cliffside Hitel except for the nice view of the cliff.
I won’t come back again and would not recommend to any of my friends.

Clean spacious rooms with spectacular views. I came to this resort with a broken foot, and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Lots of steps in this property, like everywhere with a Caldera view in Santorini, so if you have bone or joint problems, just be aware of that. We had wonderful views of the sunset right from our spacious porch and it was just wonderful to relax while taking in the amazing views. The breakfast buffet was wonderful but needs more meat options for folks who don’t eat pork (Muslims and Jews). Lots of good dinning options in the region. Beautiful suite. Staff were all so friendly and amazing. Thank u to Dimitri and everyone at Cliff Side Suites for making our first stay at Santorini amazing. We will be back with the whole family 😊

Well located with amazing view of the caldera. The check-in man was rude but other stuffs were nice. Good room but bathroom very small and smelly. Overall, we had good time.
