Loved the hotel and the location , a bit different from the Grecotel complex , representative of post modernism Greek architecture . An oasis by the forest.Lovely staff and excellent service.

Paid a 5-star price to find a hotel 60-year old with small rooms being poorly maintained. It is a scam because it is camouflaged behind another 5-star facility carrying the Crecotel brand. Stay away!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα από το πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό μέχρι την όλη εγκατάσταση. Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να προσεχθεί, θα είναι η συχνότερη αλλαγή σε πετσέτες και σεντόνια.

This is a Grecotel complex. Grecotel Olympia Oasis and Grecotel Ilia Palms are in the same complex. If you are driving and looking for Andravida in the map for the Ilia Palms it will show a different location than where Grecotel Olympia Oasis is. So a little bit confusing but we got there.
All the entertainment and food located at the Oasis not at the Ilia Palm but it is within walking distance and they also have shuttles to take you.
Food is good. Beautiful swimming pools at Oasis.
Service at the lobby bar in Oasis is really the worse ever. The staff looked overworked and were not nice.
At the Ilia Palms check in was nice and quick but the rooms are just ok. Not comfortable beds. I guess you pay for the all inclusive food and drinks.

Καμμια σχεση οι παροχες και η εξυπηρετηση με το 2017. Ημασταν απολυτα ευχαριστημενοι. Νιωθαμε βασιλιαδες σε ολα. Ετσι ξανα κλεισαμε απο νωρις για εμας αλλα και για φιλους. Η αλλαγη που ξεκινησαν δεν εκανε καλο. Μπουφες φτωχος και γευστικα λιγος χωρις ποιοτητα και ποικιλια ,κομμενες παροχες χωρις να εχουμε ενημερωθει, προσωπικο ασχετο με την δουλεια . Εχοντας μετρο συγκρισης το 2017 δεν θα ξαναπαμε!!!

AMAZING FOR KIDS

The hotel is part of a complex and most of the amenities offered are located to Oasis Hotel, located about 500 meters away. Delicious food with many options for dining. The pools and beach have plenty of space and even if the property was fully booked, you can always find sunbeds and umbrellas. The water park is offering entertainment for children and adults.

On the other hand, the rooms are fair and the mattress needs to be changed. My husband ended up with back-pain after the 3 first nights and this is the main reason I would consider visiting the hotel again. In addition the wireless internet connection was extremely slow.

Had a really good stay. Perfect place and feel to it. Deffinently go again. Only things i dident like was they dident have iron in the room and they dident have any iron to borrow, only through laundry service at extra charge and next day return. First time ive experienced a hotel that does not offer irons. I travel everyday at work with hotel from 4-5 star so no iron in the room catched me of guard. And since it was all inclusive they had 3 buffets per day. Every single time I ate at the buffet they had birds sitting and eating directly from the bread buffet with waiters just working 2meters from the birds cleaning tables. When i confronted the the main waitres about the birds. She looked at me offended and said: "well the birds are hungry" and raised her eyebrows at me and walked away. Left me shocked about their attitude to the problem.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay...loved it so much, stayed an extra night!
