Ich war jetzt schon zum vierten Mal hier und es fühlt sich jedes Mal an wie nach Hause kommen. Alle sind so herzlich und kümmern sich mit viel Aufmerksamkeit um jeden Gast. Es ist schwer zu sagen, was das Herzstück dieses Ortes ist, denn es ist das Zusammenspiel von allen von der Putzfrau bis zum Manager das jeden Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Highlight macht.

Ich liebe das Animationsteam, ihr Engagement ist einfach beeindruckend, und die abendlichen Shows werden mit so viel Herz und Liebe durchgeführt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mido und sein Team, an Amine, Nedar, Ale, Najla und Yousra. Danke an Arbi, meinen aufmerksamen Kellner, und an Nisrin, die beste Zimmerreinigungsfrau der Welt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön auch an das Küchenteam rund um Helmi, ich kann gar nicht alle aufzählen, alle sind grossartig.

Ich liebe die Strandbar, die Aussicht dort lässt mein Herz aufblühen. Dass hier so viele Stammgäste immer wiederkommen, sagt wohl alles. Man kennt sich schon untereinander, und auch wenn man alleine reist, ist man niemals wirklich allein. Immer wieder gerne.

Just returned from what can only be described as one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in years.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel incredibly welcome – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and their warmth set the tone for the rest of our stay.

The rooms? Absolutely lovely – spacious and spotless, with a free safe and lovely large balcony. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was lovely but meant you did get the full entertainment experience but this didn’t disturb us and ended early enough not to cause issues.

Now let’s talk about the food… fantastic! Every meal was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. A big thank you to the waiters and kitchen staff who went above and beyond to make dining such a pleasure – always attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to be of service.

The bar staff deserve special mention too – great measures and quick service every time with a smile. They went above and beyond to help and meet our expectations.

There was also plenty of animation and entertainment for those who enjoy it – lively, well-organized activities that brought a real buzz without being overwhelming for those who wanted to relax. However the beach was peaceful and relaxing and the security guard and lifeguard went out of their way to make our day special.

All in all, this has been the best hotel experience and the most beautiful country we’ve visited in a long time. A heartfelt thank you to every single member of staff – your hard work, kindness, and professionalism made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et j’ai été vraiment impressionnée. Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est la propreté impeccable des lieux : que ce soit les chambres, les couloirs ou les espaces communs, tout était parfaitement entretenu On sent que l’hygiène est une priorité pour l’établissement.

Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu mon séjour agréable, c’est l’amabilité du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe, de la réception aux services de chambre, était accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. On se sent vraiment bienvenu et pris en charge.

C’est un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu propre, chaleureux et bien tenu.

Staff were excellent, from the Reception team (Meher and Majid) to the Entertainment/Activation team. Food choice and quality is excellent. Beach on your doorstep. Small resort, and you'll know everyone by the end of the week. Booked some excellent activities like Camel Ride experiences for the guests.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The food was excellent and a good choice. The rooms are clean and a good size. Always beds available around the pool and a beautiful beach bar and beach area.

I loved the bar on the beach tropical style, the all inclusive formula. Very cheap for what it offers. With 10 dinars you get in the center by taxi.

Clean and beautiful building with direct access to the beach.
They gave us a room with a nice view to the swimming pool.
Waiter Faiçal was very helpful and nice.

Everything was in quality the best thing was the stuff they keep taking care of you all the time, they very friendly and helpful
