Pros:

La ubicación es hermosa, tiene bajada a la playa de praiano que es hermosa, y varios bares cerca, las vistas desde la habitación y el desayunador son increíbles ! Y el desayuno súper completo.

Cons:

Para que la estadía sea un 10 deberían mejorar los colchones y las almohadas

Excelente hotel entre Positano e Amalfi. Nada da pra fazer a pé!

Café da manhã excelente, quarto ótimo e a equipe muito simpática.

Cons:

A localização pode ser boa e ruim, Praiano fica entre Positano e Amalfi. Não dá pra fazer nada a pé. Ou você usa ônibus ou você aluga um veículo para ir para os principais pontos turísticos. O que também resulta em poucas opções para refeições.

Cons:

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist appeared intoxicated and was unable to handle the check-in process properly. We were left waiting for nearly 40 minutes just to receive our room keys, and eventually the general manager had to step in and take over.

Additionally, the hotel had initially assured us that our luggage would be transported to the hotel, but no one was available to assist. As a result, I had to struggle to carry all the bags myself.

Communication with the receptionist was very frustrating. Whenever I asked a question, the response was often unrelated to what I had asked, making the entire interaction confusing and unprofessional.

Overall, the service fell far below expectations and significantly impacted the start of our stay.

I also have the videos of the receptionist behaviour.

We should be getting a refund of this book completely.

Nos encantó todo, la ubicación frente a la playa, la parada del bus en la puerta, muy tranquilo , el desayuno súper completo y sobre todo el trato del personal, principalmente el señor (Nose. El nombre) que servía el café en el desayuno súper amable y siempre servicial. Volvería sin dudarlo
