A very disappointing experience. We arrived during the stated check-in hours, but there were no room keys in the key boxes. No one answered our calls, text messages, or messages through Booking.com. Since there were no other available hotels nearby, we had to spend the night in the car with our exhausted children, even though we had paid for two rooms in advance.

More than 24 hours have now passed, and no one has contacted us, apologized, or refunded our money. Completely unacceptable service. I do not recommend this hotel.

Fina rum och omgivning. Mycket bra service med frukostkuponger till färjan eftersom vi for så tidigt.

Very beautifull place.

Cons:

It was very dirty flours and animal hairs on all pillows. My son is allergic to cats and dogs, so that wasn't very attractive.

maza tīra istabiņa, ērta gulta, askētiskas, bet pietiekamas brokastis. Pats viesu nams ( piebūve, kur istabiņas)
ir kā atgriešanās 90.ajos un sporta nometnē perifērijā

Cons:

Vårt resesällskap hade bokat ett handikappanpassat rum men hissen var trasig som skulle ta dem till sitt rum ingen personal fanns på plats.
